Description of Work: They did a termite inspection and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He found no problems, but he offered a contract which I chose to accept. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything else. This was something I had been planning to do.

Description of Work: Inspection. Offered services at a good price but I did not need one of the services offered and suggested, replacing sills. I am not sure of the need for a vapor barrier in this locale. I do not believe they were being in anyway dishonest, but were following their training. Result was me doing my research, which was a good thing. I will use them again. They gave me enough information to make decisions.

Description of Work: Sprayed to keep away mosquitos. I' ve lived on the lake for 14 years and never stayed outside for very long because of mosquitos. After using this service I'm back to gardening and haven't been bothered by even 1 mosquito. I should have done this 14 years ago!
