It went very well. Mosquito Squad was always on time, communicated with me very well via email and phone, and performed the service they were paid for to perfection. We had a few times that we needed a respray and they were there the next day to respray. We were finally able to enjoy our backyard the way that we had always planned to.

They actually showed up early and did a great job in a matter of about 20mins and no pest to be seen. I'm very happy with their work.

Showed up on time and went to work right away, did the inspection, gave report, and options for termite services. Also advised their pest control and mosquito services.

The treatment was suppose to last for 30 days. It did a good job for three weeks, but I don't know of any treatment that will stay effective for a full month, so I'm good with three weeks. The main issue is that I have since used another service that is just as good for a lot less. Mosquito Squad charges $75 for a half acre lot and Bugman will do it for $45.

I moved to a house that had a rain barrel which was nothing but an infestation of mosquitos. After the spray I did not get one single bite and will use them in the future.

It turned out good. They solved the mosquito issue as best as possible. They immediately contacted me after I purchased the deal and got here within a week.

They called and set-up appointment immediately when purchased. Accommodated my schedule which required them to wait ~ 4 - 6 weeks until performing the service. They sent an email confirming the time and date the day prior to coming. They called after the treatment to explain what they did and to ensure that we would have no issue. We had a birthday party in the yard a few days afterwards and no one was bit.

For the five years we have lived in our home we have had a huge problem for about one month each spring with clover mites (or spider mites) in our yard. Mosquito Squad of Columbia sprayed in March, April, and May to eradicate this pest (at $89.00 each visit). It was probably not necessary to spray three times, but we didn't know when they would make their appearance so we started early with the spraying. We saw a dramatic reduction! We had thousands and thousands of these pests in the past. This year, with the spraying, we only saw a few. We will definitely call them back next spring.

They came out and sprayed and they were very thorough. There are now dead spiders' bodies just lying in my garage and I felt they should’ve cleaned that up better. I’m upset that I have these dead spiders just handing in their webs. I am also having them do a termite inspection for me so hopefully they can redeem themselves.

The rain caused a two week delay for us getting the service done but when it was done we have had no mosquitos. I'm surprised how well the treatment worked! I'll definitely use this company again!

The folks from Mosquito squad were very easy to wirk with. After scheduling our service, we received an email confirmation/reminder. The technician also called me 15 minutes prior to our appointment to verify that we were home and that he would be able to get into the yard (we usually keep the gate locked). Barrier speay lasted about a month. We werevery happy.

I still have mosquito bites all the time so I was not very happy with the service. It does not do the job for me. They did a great job and the company was good. They did what they were supposed to do but that does not work, not in my yard. They came and did the one time spray and then I complained about it so they came back and did the second spray but it is still not working for me. I still get bitten by mosquitoes all the time. They are claiming that there should be no mosquito bites but it is not the case. You get the mosquitoes coming from the next door yard. Your yard is treated but what about the mosquitoes coming from the other place. It is still coming. What they are selling is not really working. Every yard is different. My next door neighbor has got a lot of water around him so it might be that the mosquitoes are still breeding there all the time. I do not have a mosquito in my yard for one day or two but then they claimed that it will last for 21 days. I do not know if it is working for other people but it did not work for me at all. They came out straight away after I purchased the big deal, within a week. I also just paid the price of the big deal. I do not know whether I will call them again.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I must admit that the guy they sent out to do it could have been a better representative. He was short-handed and as soon as he got to my doorstep he started complaining. They came about a week after I purchased the Big Deal. The deal was for spraying one-half acre and I live on an acre so there was an additional charge. They did kill the bugs, but their salesmanship could have been better. The price was fine.

He arrived on time (actually a little early). He got the job done in 30 minutes. Service was excellent!

This firm is very professional. Colleen is very responsive with both e-mail and the telephone. They make appointments and show up when they promise. What a treat to enjoy our porch without mosquitos!

It went fine, but I would have liked for it to last longer

I previously used another Mosquito service, however, I found out that the product that they we're using was not changed from year to year and I could purchase it anywhere on the Internet and it became useless after one year. Since switching to Mosquito Squad I have not encountered this problem and the treatments have been very successful on keeping Mosquitos away from my yard for my family and I to enjoy. Customer Service is impeccable and when I have a question or a problem I can count on them to solve my needs in a timely manner. As I often tell people, "This is the best money you can spend on fully being able to enjoy your yard without being terrorized by Mosquitos and having to spray yourself with nasty stuff or turn on bug lights that attract more pests". Money very well spent!

Mosquito Squad of Columbia has taken care of our mosquito problem for several years. They always let me know when they are coming in an email, also if there is a change in times due to weather. They call a few minutes before arrival so that people and animals can be inside while they are spraying. If I had workmen or an outdoor party and I let them know ahead of time they tried to accommodate my schedule. Everyone is very polite, friendly and professional.

I would absolutely hire them again. The price is reasonable.

They are great. Colleen, the owner, is very nice, polite, professional, and gets right back to you should she miss the call. The guys that come spray are always on time and professional. This is the 2nd season I have used them and I think it is well worth the money. I'm sure without the Mosquito Squad of Columbia I would be miserable outside. I can not say enough good things about them. I really like their service.

They are great. They come out here very quickly and get the job done. This is my second season with them. If for whatever reason the mosquito population gets bad they will come back and reapply without an additional fee.

If I had any problems with mosquitos they came out and retreated free of charge.

We have some neighbors that I believe we were the first contrac they had in Columbia. I saw there booth at the State Fair and talked with them as my son uses, with great satisfaction, their service. I think it has been about 4-5 yers since we started and we have never had a complant regarding their service. We have some sensitive plants in the yard and we asked that they not be sprayed. The folks that come out to do the spraying always check with us to be sure which plants we do not want sprayed. In the years we have been with them I do not think we have ever had a mosquito. Would recomend them highly as they are very professional and excellent in what they do. If you want to get rid of your mosquitos go with the Mosquito Squad of Columbia
