Description of Work: We had termite damage to most of the bedroom wall. They treated the house and fixed the damage. It looks great. You can't even tell it was damaged. Love them.

Description of Work: I have used Modern for termite baiting for 8 years. I recently called them to spray for ticks and they provided service within 48 hours of my call. No evidence of ticks since they sprayed. I have always found them to be very prompt with their service and very professional. They always leave a note to indicate the quarterly termite inspection which is very helpful to me for service tracking purposes. I would highly recommend them for any pest control/prevention need.

Description of Work: Modern installed a crawel space fan to eliminate and prevent mold and mildew. I have been their customer at this location for over 30 years. They have installed vapor barrier and a sump pump in addition to routine terminte inspections annually. Their 10 year service renewal fee was far less than competitors i contacted for comparison. Their annual fee is reasonable.
