Everything went well.

Mr. Kunze had an assistant the first day. He didn't on the second. I think it would have gone faster . It was hard work for one man & took more time. He was able to engage my grandchildren & encourage the family to do better with the yard.

I could not have been more pleased! The crew was highly professional, shared great knowledge, and truly took a terrible eyesore of a backyard and turned it into a beautiful natural, park-like setting. They really had serious problems with poison oak and ivy, but knew exactly how to deal with these issues. Other neighbors commented on the quality of their work as well. In addition to clearing the jungle-like yard, they provided services to remove the debris and also added pine straw throughout the yard and shaped the shrubbery to complete the look. Altogether, they transformed the yard completely into something that I could now enjoy and be very proud of. They were more than fair on pricing, and this is one of the best companies that I have dealt with.

Bill was incredibly nice on the phone and wanted to come look at our yard the same day. He said he is happy to help with poison ivy (few people are willing to do this in landscaping). He came over exactly when he said he would and was so nice! He walked around our entire house and told us that what we thought was poison ivy was actually virginia creeper. He gave us printed information of how we can take care of it ourselves. He also pointed out all of the different plants, trees, shrubs, etc all around the home. He made suggestions of what would be a good idea to clear out or pull out. He gave us information for a landscaper who has a great reputation and suggested we call her first to determine our vision for the yard. He also gave us a name of another well known landscaper who also specializes in drainage issues to call. He said once we had an idea of what we wanted, he would be glad to help us. He said if we wanted, we could work with him in the yard as well. He was so nice and didn't even charge us anything! We are definitely going to be giving him a call to come help us this fall to clear out the yard. He is amazing. If you're looking for someone to help with yardwork, don't look any further. He's the best!! (And, he will also do seminars for groups as well about lawn care and gardening, so if you're interested in that, give him a call).

For some time now I have been looking for help on my front yard landscape. It's a challenge because I have a steep downward slope with lots of pine trees. Most challenging is I have a drainage/erosion problem that I had no idea how to solve. Mr. Kunze assessed my situation and instead of trying to offer his services, he pointed me in the direction of the people that could help solve my underlying problem first. I appreciate this type of integrity. Even though Jungle Tamers hasn't provided any services to me yet, I am very happy to have called them.

On his initial visit Mr. Kunze laid out a plan for the systematic removal of the vegetation. There was approximately 6 weeks between estimate and actual performance. This was understood and agreed upon at time of estimate. I received a call from Mr. Kunze several days before actual work began. Team was onsite over multiple days to completely remove the vegetation following Mr. Kunze's plan. Final action was to spray herbicide. The team arrived when promised and finished job to my complete satisfaction. I received several follow-up calls and a follow-up visit on 6/19. It was decided at that time not to apply another herbicide application as there was not significant regrowth.

They were fantastic. Their experts know what naturally belongs to an area and what doesn?t. They are more like gardeners than landscapers. They were very professional. They came in and did exactly what I asked them to do. They had suggestions for me. They actually told me how to save money by installing drip irrigation system and other things. They were good overall. I would absolutely use their services in the future too.

The project took eight days and every day was a miracle. Their tools and techniques are professional, far exceeding general yard maintenance, and provide the best service for your money. We would highly recommend them. They are also very nice people that you will want on your property.

Bill is a fountain of knowledge about landscaping. His specialty is rehabbing an overgrown "jungle" of a yard to bring out the beauty of what's there, and doing the heavy cleanup of a yard that has been growing too long and is a bit (or a lot!) neglected. He uses equipment properly to get the job done more quickly and efficiently than just muscle work would do! he's not satisfied until you are! My son first called him to help with a back fence that had so overgrown with blackberry vines and weeds that just trimming wasn't working any more. Bill got in there and cleaned all the weeds and vines off so it no longer looked like a jungle out there. he allowed my son to work with him, to save both time and money, and to learn how to prevent that from happening again! The next job was a next door neighbor's house that needed to be sold. She was a fantastic gardener, but as she had gotten older, it became very difficult for her to keep up with the yard, and it was very overgrown and out of control! Bill came in with is helpers and his equipment, and in a couple days, the yard was in beautiful condition and ready to help sell the house! Bill does a great job, but he also is a fountain of knowledge about where to get even more information about any possible question you might have about your yard and your plants and shrubs.
