Description of Work: Came out to look at a leak for an estimate.immediatly saw the problem at no charged chaulked the exposed nails. Awaiting estimate on other services. Provider was very knowledgable and willing to work with home owner on maintenance.

Description of Work: Representative checked my roof for hail damages and did some minor repairs (caulking and a couple of shingles repaired /repaired). I could not have asked for better service for this job. Very professional and very reasonable. Time on job approximately 45 minutes. I would use their service again and gladly recommend them. H.D. Description of Work: Based on remarks posted on Angie's List, I contacted David Smith,owner of Home Wrappers. My first impressions of Mr. Smith was that of a honest,energetic, God fearing man. My instincts were not wrong. He arrived promptly at a set time,was up on the roof and measured sq footage. Within a day or two,he emailed me a diagram of my roof and a roofing proposal. Included in the final cost was the 5% discount coupon that had been posted on Angie's List. Several samples of singles were dropped off at my house. Mr. Smith had suggested an architect type single. He provided an address of a home that had used such a single. I took a look at that house. Not only were the shingles and the look impressive, but the quality of the work was well done. A six man crew arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. They were professional,orderly and worked in a well tuned mannner. The job was completed within a nine hour time frame. That includes the workers lunch break and a super job of clean up. Also, when the old shingles and paper had been removed from the roof,it was discovered that a large area of 2/10's had rotted from the outside/in. The crew continued to work while Mr. Smith purchased the required materials to fix the affected area. The extra materials did add to the original estimate. However,had the roof not been replaced the damaged area would have gone unoticed until it would have rotted thru. I now have a new roof with a 10 year work guarantee and a life time warranty on the materials. I was extremely pleased with Mr. David Smith, Miranda's Construction and their crew.
