Description of Work: Replaced tub faucet and valve.

Description of Work: I called them to install a vented gas fireplace in a chimney that had been for a regular wood burning fireplace. After installation, the repairman told us to keep the damper open about a third to fourth of the way. Well after, burning it a couple of times, our house inside was covered with soot. So I called them back and they sent someone else out to check it. This person said the damper should have been open all the way. All he did, was tell us the damper should stay completely open when using the fireplace. After that we had no more problems. I think it was about $200 plus for them to install it in the first place, but then they charged me another $98 for the follow-up visit to tell me it should stay completely open instead of partially open like the first guy said. I told them I didn t think I should have to pay another $98 for the second visit because the first person had told me incorrectly, and all the next person did was say that he told me that was wrong. I called the office, and even wrote a letter to them stating I thought that was unfair, and never got a response. I ll never use them for anything. Very poor customer service and feel like I was ripped off by them.
