An exceptionally competent person arrived on time and completed the task in great time.

1st had to reschedule because City called and it took president over my job. Worker was late coming for appointment. 1st appointment of the day too. Had to replace toilet mechanism to correct spurting problem. Replaced spring in handle for spicket to turn off. Saw that the toilet flushed ok but didn't check the spicket, my fault. duh . Later that evening noted that toilet was not working properly and the spicket was not fixed either. Called office and asked to send someone else other than the worker sent previously. The owner came on the service call along with the worker than came the first time. The work was completed correctly this time, and the owner did compensate for having to come a second time and apologized.

They sent out a very knowledgeable tech to check out our house and provide us a quote. Their quote was better than others we received. They came out the next day and did the work efficiently. Later that night I though there was a gas leak (there wasn't; I was just unfamiliar with cooking with gas); and they had somebody over immediately to check everything out and make sure everything was good and safe. I interacted with three different employees there during the course of our business and they were all very professional. Outstanding services, and I'll definitely be using them again when something else pops up.

This vendor was chosen thanks to a well placed discount. The reviews looked solid, so I went ahead and purchased the discount to get a long-lingering in-sink disposal installed. Once scheduled, everything went by very quickly. The technician installed the equipment and wired everything in a no-fuss manner. Within about an hour, everything was ready to go and there has been no issues since installation.

We had some issues. However, the owner,Josh, made it right with us. In the end, that is all anyone really wants in a service provider - to stand behind their work. He DID!

We called Monday morning to request service and they came right away to perform the work. We couldn't have asked for a faster response! The cartridge was replaced and the shower faucet turns easily and does not drip. After learning that the part that was replaced was a part that costs around $40 and the work took approx 2 hours to complete, my husband called the service manager to question the price we had been charged around mid-day on Monday. He was told the service manager would return his call that same day. This did not occur. We reached a service manager the following afternoon. My husband was told that typically this type of service could take 4-5 hours and was a "level 6" charge but he downgraded ours to a "level 5" and is sending us a refund of $58. I think it would be more appropriate to bill for the actual time spent fixing the issue, especially if it takes significantly less (roughly half) time than estimated. The timeliness of the service and the service itself was great. And, had the job taken 4-5 hours the price would have been fair. However, it did not and I feel as though the estimate should have been adjusted based on time spent fixing the problem.

We have used them in the past, and they always do good work. We really appreciate their focus on customer service as well.

They were responsive and did a good job. I thought the warranty on the hot water heater expired but they checked with the manufacturer anyway and found out it was still covered. Saved me a bundle of money; I only had to pay installation cost as the manufacturer provided a replacement unit..

I contacted this merchant because initially I had purchased a voucher for this merchant from a local daily promotion. The merchant arrived at the time of our appointment. The initial work of having the cold water pipe attached under our sink was covered by the voucher. However, when it was time to check the repair by having the cold water turned back on, it was discovered that the cold water pipe under the house had been cut from the supply line. This cut had occurred prior to their visit. The plumber connected a new cold water pipe to the cold water supply line under the house. The cost of this repair was $150. The plumber was professional and knowledgeable.

They are wonderful, came after-hours and didn't charge me a fortune for coming on off-hours. Overall, they did a great job and will continue to use them again in the future.

Horrible! They cut out and replaced a section of copper pipe with a pin hole lead with PVC and compression fittings. When I came home that day and saw what they had done, I immediately stopped payment on the check and forced them to come out and replace it properly. The first plumber also turned the water back on without the pipes connected and water poured out all over our hardwood floors. He spilled orange PVC cement on the wall, then used by shop vac to clean up the water. The second plumber that they sent out repaired everything correctly, but I would never use them again.

It was several months of them coming and going and coming and going and then finally having to dig up the sewer line. They put in an external tap if we don't have to go under the house. They cleaned it out several times and then they finally decided that the roots had taken over the pipes so they had to dig up the pipes and replace them with new pipes. They had to put another tap at the road. It was a rather long extensive process. Generally speaking they were satisfactory. We didn't get any other quotes. We have used them off and on for years. We had to do something so we took their quote and went with that. They were able to fix the problem. Some things they have done have been really good and some things were just so-so. They were responsive and punctual. They also seemed pretty professional. I would call them again to get a quote the next time. Everything they have done has been pretty satisfactory.

The word was done promtly and correctly the first time. We have had no problems since.

I would say that they were pretty good. They charged me $175 for the service. They had the drain unclogged in 10 minutes by snaking it out.

Took 1/2 off from work for them to service gas logs I purchased from them @ 5 years ago. Set up 9 am -12 am as service call. Never showed. At 3pm after I left the house for some errands , had 2 messages from them. Called them. Complained no one had called to cancel, say they were late or anything.The person wanted to check their board to see if they had an issue. When I asked, "What good will that do?" "NOTHING FOR THE 9-12 SLOT , I Guess " was their reply. I told them no reschedule was necessary. I would never use them again. I was also trying to get a quote on running a new water line for a sink in the garage. Their price to service /inspect gas logs is $175 to walk in the door which I find ridiculous.

Very nice person on the phone when I called. Plumber was very nice, professional and timely. They repaired a frozen pipe that had burst several years ago and I had a good experience so I tried them again. I would definitely recommend them.

I asked Franklin D Plumbing & Gas Service Co. to come out and prepare an estimate for the work described above. We arranged a date and time for them to come out and do the estimate. They promised to call when they were on the way. They did not show up or call to tell me they were not going to come. When they did call and show up three days after they were scheduled to arrive, they sent a technician who assumed he would be doing the job - not someone to provide an estimate as I had specifically requested. He crawled around under the house for about 15 minutes before he began unloading his tools assuming he was doing the job and asking me to turn off the heater, etc. I stopped him and reminded him he was only doing an estimate. So, after a few phone calls, they sent someone else out. To their credit, this guy arrived within the hour. He took about 15 minutes to look at the job and left promising to fax me the estimate. I asked them to have it to me by COB on the same day they did the site survey because I wanted to make a decision and get this work scheduled. They did not fax or call. Four days later I got the estimate in the mail. Besides being an absolutely ludicrous contract they wanted me to sign, it was literally 4 times the amount of another plumber I had called for an estimate on the same work. They were very nice people - very christian. However, there is no way I'd use them or recommend them to anyone based on my experience trying to get an estimate from them.

He showed up and checked the toilets then went to his truck for parts. He sat on the phone for 30 minutes and then came back in and fixed the toilets.

Overall things went very well. They arrived on time and completed the work as requested. Only issue I have is that they use whatever parts are on the truck instead of using the most appropriate parts. For instance, on the valves under the sink they didn't have the exact parts they needed so they pieced together different parts to make the dishwasher and ice maker cutoff valves. I imagine some people might admire the ingenuity but the job actually took longer (and cost more) because they had to find the various parts and piece them together. If they had the correct parts on the truck they could have finished faster and my bill would have been lower.

The staff in the office was very courteous and prompt in calling me to schedule a time and then to follow up to let me know that the technician was on the way. We had to change the appointment, but since it was not an emergency it was no problem. The technician was right on time and promptly began to assess the situation. He checked and consequently lowered the water pressure of incoming water, installed the valve, and put brackets on several pipes to hold them steady. All was done in approximately one hour. He checked behind his work to be sure everything was working well including releasing air that was in the pipes. I am well pleased and will use them again.

They showed up late but did a good job. They were able to use parts from the old sink to save us money.
