Crew Plumbing Air Electrical

I purchased the deal and made arrangements for them to come and provide the service on 01/19/15. They no called, no showed on the scheduled appointment date. I followed up with them, leaving a voicemail for them to contact me about the service on 01/21/15. I have not heard back from the company and have requested another copmany honor the deal, as I do not wish to continue the service with this company.

Purchased as part of "Angie's List" deal. Had various plumbing work that needed to be done around the house. All items completed within agreed $ amount. When a problem arose (CPVC water pipe broke - fairly common problem when working on CPVC plumbing), he repaired the issue quickly at no extra cost.

I was very satisfied with the service. I have an old house and Chris worked to figure out the plumbing issues. Will call again when I have the need.

Paul arrived at the appointed time and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He fixed the toilet that didn't drain. He also noticed that the toilet was not as tight to the floor as he thought it should be and tightened the connection without being asked. We have a new shower and the installer couldn't get the water above luke warm. I also fiddled with the controls unsuccessfully. In a matter of moments, Paul was able to change the settings so that we had a good, wide, range of temperature control. The people that I dealt with at Crew Plumbing were very professional and very polite. They will be my first call if I have need of a plumber.

Quickly determined that it was not a plumbing problem but a caulk-and-tile issue. ?Chose to waive the usual minimum fee for a service call. ?I've called Crew several time have always found them to be responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. ?They are also good at communicating.

chris called aoud 10am, said running late, need to reschedule time. I said OK. He said may need to reschedule the day. I said need done today or tomorrow. He said could not do tomorrow. I said I guess I should just get a refund as I had already waited 8 days to have the work done. He agreed to a refund. I felt like my needs were not important to him and his first appoint of the day had provided enough work for him so I will not do business again with him. I had some electrical work performed by one of his techs last year which went well and that is why I decided to purchase this deal for services but was disappointed this time.

It went great and very fast work from Paul and Sam. Also they came over after the work day to fix the problems I had, very willing gentlemen to go above and beyond.

I appreciated him professionalism and service.

He returned my telephone call within minutes on this holiday Saturday. He walked me through steps I could take to try to fix it. I could not do it. He was on his way to my home when I did succeed in my efforts, following his instructions. Even though he spent time with me on the phone and was responding to my call, he did not charge. My wife has electrical issues at her office and will call Crew.

We were able to get an appointment quickly. On the day of the appointment they were prompt. They were extremely competent and efficient at their work. In the process of their work they discovered a potentially serious problem and fixed it expertly and inexpensively. We definitely recommend this company for all plumbing repair jobs.

I'm a repeat customer. Everything went smoothly. I bought the ceiling fan unit I wanted and called Crew Heating for an appointment. The provider was about an hour early which worked well. The dead ceiling fan was taken down and disposed of. The new fan was installed quickly and efficiently.

He arrived at the time he said he would... Even called when on his way. Fixed the issue immediately. Stress-less and smooth. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and the work is efficient and precise.

Both jobs were done quickly and efficiently. Kevin knew is stuff and answered questions well. Measured the water pressure for me to determine whether flow on kitchen sink was normal. Also looked at aerator for no charge.

Came the same day I called for service, arriving at the estimated time. They did the entire repair in about thirty minutes.

We just had a new washer and dryer installed. Unfortunately, after we ran them a couple times, the ceiling lights in the laundry room/pantry flickered when we turned them on, and then they went off for good. Based on the good reviews on Angie's List we contacted Crew Heating on 12/9/14, and Chris gave us a call back right away. He and fellow repairman Thomas arrived for their appointment at the time specified and were able to figure out very quickly what had caused our problem. They got the lights back on in the laundry room/pantry and checked that the outlets in that area were working as well. Then they worked on a problem we were having with the light switch in the den. We were very happy with the work they did and feel the charges were quite reasonable, especially since Chris waived the usual inspection cost and just charged for the repairs they did. My husband was pleased to learn that this competent company services a number of things--heating, A/C, even plumbing. We will certainly call on Crew Heating for future electrical or other repair needs.

As per usual with Crew, the job went smoothly and efficiently. No complaints. A superb job all around!
