The work was completed at the quoted cost and on time. I was shown photos of the condition of the sewers lines that were rotted and broken and also pictures of the new lines that were installed. The lines were tested to make sure the installation would be free of leaks. The office also kept me informed with information that was useful. Crew Plumbing and Drain appears to be a family run business which is a positive since each member is working for each other and not just the customer.

Called to see if they could do an inspection for leaks and they squeezed me in the same day, which I really appreciated. The gentlemen from Crew were courteous and professional, and did not seem rushed to get out even though they came after hours. They did a thorough job and even showed me how to check the meter for signs of leaks myself, which I really appreciated. They really went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone!

We saw immediate results and the pipe did drain on our initial tests. I believe this problem will rear its head again, but Kevin did everything that could be done in the meantime. Kevin and his receptionist, Erin were both polite and professional.

Making an appointment was very easy and their response time was very quick. The two employees who came were professional, polite and very efficient workers. She was very professional and personable. The gentlemen arrived on time for the estimate. Two days later they came back to do the job. It was a pleasure to have Kevin and Anthony working in our home. They were very professional. They both had great personalities and impeccable customer service skills. They answered questions, explained procedures and gave us options. It is a great feeling to know we now have a plumbing company available to assist us with our future plumbing needs. In addition to all of this we were given a 5% discount because we found them on Angie's list!

I tried to replace my tub drain and it ended up being corroded and falling apart with the lower part stuck in the drain shoe. Rather than risk damaging the pipes and ending up with a huge problem, I decided to call Crew Plumbing and boy am I glad I did. First, I called around 5:30pm on a Friday expecting to wait until Monday for a plumber to show up. They were at my house within an hour (!) and had the old drain removed and the new one installed 30 minutes later. Kevin and his apprentice (Anthony I think) were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. Having tried several plumbers in the area previously with less than stellar results, this was a fantastic and surprising experience. I found my new go-to plumbing service.

Everything went perfectly and these guys were great for a number of reasons. Their pricing was competitive and they were very upfront and honest about what could be done to rectify the situation. I've had root damage and spent years doing my best to minimize the impact of the intrusion clearing it out periodically, but I knew replacement was inevitable given the location of the giant trees the idiot developer planted thirty years ago. Of course, my pipes had to become impenetrable over the Christmas holiday weekend - not exactly the ideal time of year to have a major plumbing issue and sewage coming out onto your lawn. Fortunately, the guys at Crew were able to get the job done right away even working into the night and coming back later on just to check and make sure everything was working well. A couple of months later and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

Our house is under contract and during a home inspection, several issues came up but namely the water heater we installed one year ago didn't have the proper pitch on the relief line and was not up to code, even though it was installed by a licensed plumber. We had Crew Plumbing come out to look at this and all of the other issues. Crew was very thorough and gave us a quote that same day for repairs. We got on their schedule quickly and they showed up promptly and fixed the leak under the bathroom sink (replaced the cold water supply line and emergency shut off valve). The best part was that Kevin fixed the pitch on the water heater for no charge at all. This was extremely nice of him to do because they actually replaced the entire line for us and that normally would have cost several hundred dollars. Everyone with Crew was professional, polite and timely. We will definitely use them again and really can't thank Kevin enough for going the extra mile for us.

Everything was perfect. This is one of the best companies we have ever employed. They are friendly and pleasant but always professional. They always call us if they are running late. It did not go well, because they denied me an estimate to even do the project. The girl on the phone immediately stated that they were booked solid for the next three weeks and that they do not do estimates. What electrician will not do an estimate on a project (I'm finishing my basement).
