Description of Work: We had a complete failure of our gas-fired hot water heater. Crew replaced the water heater and performed other plumbing services at our home on the same visit. This company was extremely professional and creative with their time. Rather than coming over initially and wasting time looking at our unit and then running back and forth to the store, they had us take a photo of the situation with requests for specific spots to see damage, water heater specs, size and orientation in the space, etc. They then made phone calls to locate needed materials before coming to the house to do the work. What a time - and money! - saver! They were awesome, and we would use them again before calling anyone else. Thank you for a job well done, at a good price!

Description of Work: Installed whole-house surge protector into electric panel & inspected wiring in crawlspace. Electrician(s) were polite, seemed knowledgeable, etc. However, at this time I don't know if we will use them again -- upon completion of above service on 02/05/2015, I requested & was promised a quote for an electric panel change-out/upgrade, but so far have received no response.

Description of Work: Entirely replaced our heat pump system. As I have used Chris before for plumbing services, I thoroughly trusted him telling me what was wrong with our heat pump. It was cheaper to replace the system and have a new warranty than to just fix a 10 yr. old system.
