Description of Work: Chris went above and beyond when an appliance repair company told me the problem was electric and not with the appliance. He thoroughly checked everything and explained it to me in layman's language, then called and spoke to the other company for me to confirm that the electric was absolutely fine and the problem was indeed in the appliance (which was confirmed when they came out a second time....) I will absolutely call Chris again with any problems in their specialties. It's hard to find that kind of service these days.

Description of Work: Sam is the BEST. I asked him to install two new faucets in the master bath-- sinks. He installed one and finished late in the day, and said he would return on Saturday to finish. After he left I realized that the gooseneck spigot was too high and prevented me from opening the medicine cabinet. Sam uninstalled his earlier work and installed my newly purchased handsets without additional charges. He cleaned up the job nicely. He's always prompt & calls when he's nearby. I'll definitely use Crew Plumbing again!

Description of Work: Sam came out on the Saturday after Christmas to remove the old toilet and installed the new one. The office staff, Erin, set up this appointment during a week when most people are off work. Erin called me to confirm the time and date and Sam called ten minutes prior to his punctual arrival as promised. He cleaned up nicely after work was completed. I will definitely use Crew Plumbing again. Thank for taking good care of me during a holiday weekend.

Description of Work: We have used Chris and Crew on numerous occasions. We liked their dedication to their work, quality and price. Chris has installed light fixtures and ceiling fan and surge protector; Daniel did some plumbing work; Tim also installed a ceiling fan and did some more electrical work. The Crew did exactly what was asked, answered all our questions and left the work area in clean condition. Everything is working well and we are satisfied.
