Crew arrived at arranged time and install items inside home. After completion area was clean. Could not tell that items were added, look as if installed when home was built. As work at RV hookup required additional parts appointment was made to do that work the next day. That work was completed as scheduled. Am very happy with work and will use Crew for other projects.

Chris and his team are very knowledgable and professional. The work done was exactly what I had wanted and I was very happy with the outcome. Finding a good, dependable, knowledgable and trustworthy electrician can be tricky. I've gone through several over the years and have, for the most part, been unhappy with my experiences. I'm glad I took a chance on Crew. I will call them for all of my electrical needs in the future!

Chris really knows his stuff. He had no problem exporing the whole of the attic space to find out where things were. He pointed out potential problems and offered me honest feedback on my ability to wait on some things to help with the cost. Most companies I've dealt with would tell you that you need to fix A, B and C and that it'll cost X dollars. Chris was different. For instance, he immediately discovered a fan that did not sound right. I wouldn't have picked up on it, but after he pointed it out I could hear it. He told me that it is okay for now but that it may fail in the near future. We agreed that I could get him to come out if/when it does fail versus fixing it now which helps money-wise. If you are curious, like me, Chris is very good at explaining what he is doing, how he is measuring things and how to interpret certain measurements. Nothing is hidden with him. It was also refreshing to get a phone several days after the service was performed asking how the system was behaving. I don't think I've ever had a follow-up call from an HVAC repair job before. He also offered to come back out if I feel that I am not getting what I expect from my units. I originally contacted Crew because they do both HVAC and electrical and I had needs for both. I'm glad I found someone that I feel confident and happy to have do all of my HVAC and electrical needs. I wish there was a rating higher than an 'A'. I would definitely apply it to Crew.

Chris was very knowledgable and took care of all the problems. Everything was either repaired or replaced and works great. I had him do additional work while he was there that we hadn't discussed previously. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend his company.

We currently have a dog who loves to make pieces of the house his own. We have had the dryer vent replaced 3 times and did not know what else to do but leave the vent off until Chris helped. Chris had a vent constructed from steel to hopefully keep the dog from destroying the vent. He also installed a dryer exhaust pipe to code and correctly. The previous exhaust piping was broken in several places and not to code. We recommend Crew to anyone looking for HVAC repair.

We have been searching for a reliable and affordable electrician for a very long time. I found Crew on Angie's list and called Chris. We had a very lengthy conversation and set up a time and date for him to come by and give us an estimate on several projects. It must be noted that Chris was extremely interested in the problems that we were dealing with. He did not rush the conversation. When Chris came to do the estimate we had him install the whole house surge protectors in our 2 breaker boxes. The first project involved breaking up existing circuits in the house into new circuits. This house was purchased a few years ago and we had many problems with random things causing the breakers to trip. This has been an ongoing issue that has been very frustrating. Chris and his employee arrived in the morning and spent the entire day separating the circuits and running wire. They finished up and ended up installing 4 new circuits. They cleaned up after themselves and we were extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for good reliable electrician!

I called Crew heating air and electrical because I was having issues with some outlets in a rental home I own as well as the AC system wasn't heating properly. Chris was very courteous and was able to come out the same day to do the repairs. He first looked at the AC system and immediately realized it was low on refrigerant. Instead of just servicing it and moving on he did a full leak test and found a small leak in one of the copper tubes near where they go into the wall. He fixed the leak and filled with refrigerant. He then checked the outlets I was having issues with and during troubleshooting realized I had a Federal Pacific circuit box which is an extreme electrical fire hazard. He explained the possible hazards of keeping the box and just fixing the outlets versus replacing the box without trying to sell me anything. He was just giving me pure friendly advice which was extremely helpful. He fixed the outlets quickly by fixing a loose wire in one of the junction boxes in the attic. He let me take my time to research what he was said about the box and after spending an evening looking up information on the box, he was actually being modest about the issues they are known to have. I called him back to replace the box and he was able to come out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed happy to answer all the questions I constantly asked while he worked. He worked very quickly and seemed to be done almost before he started. I will be only using him from now on for all the work I need done. He also told me Crew does plumbing as well so I only need one number from now on for any issues I have from now on. I tell everyone I know about him and would recommend him to absolutely everyone.

We had purchased a Special Deal for 2 hours of electrical services with Crew Heating, Air and Electrical, L.L.C. which also included a whole house surge protector. Both men were knowledgeable and worked at a steady pace. There were no hidden costs and they did not charge us for the parts they had to replace, even though that was not part of the Special Deal we had purchased. We are very pleased with all of the work and plan on having them return to install some outside security lighting.

I enjoyed working with Chris of Crew Electric, H&A, Plumbing. Chris and team provided a workable schedule, accurate estimate and overall quality work. Would certainly recommend them, and do plan to use them again for future work as needed.

Fantastic! So Crew had just come out yesterday to put up lights! Well 6:30 am my heat went out. The HVAC unit just quit and started smoking. I lost my mind! The grandchildren were here and it was 20 degrees! In addition I'd just gotten home from the night shift. Tired, cold, and hungry I called Crew 9-1-1! Ten minutes later a sleepy Chris called back. He and my husband talked techy and my husband hung up and said Crew would be here at 9:30am. Thank you heat pro! Chris and Tim were prompt and went right around to the unit. We had an eroded coil. They fixed it right away and recommended preventative maintenance. He even stayed an extra half hour to make sure we were warm again. I was so grateful I made them breakfast when I made my husband's. To add to this harrying experience, Crew didn't charge one red cent! Now isn't that World Class Customer Service!

OMG!!!!!!! Hire this company!! Chris started a job for me earlier this year. I had a family emergency and had to postpone service for sometime. He was so gracious about everything and showed great compassion. So yesterday we were at a place to get the rest of the job done. We called Chris and presto! He came that very day! We were expecting him to come a week or two later. Nope, he came immediately and was the ultimate professional. My husband was sooo pleased with the service (and he isn't easy to please)! Chris even remembered exactly where and how I wanted everything to hang. When I got home from work it was magical in my house----lights everywhere no gloom and doom. I'd even taken Chris' advice on what fixtures to buy; although, I knew it wouldn't look right as opposed to my choices. Lo and behold I was wrong! Ladies, this electrician has an eye for detail and is quite adept at knowing his clients. I am sooo pleased with this company and will call them every single time I have issues. Chris and staff are pretty personable. They are also professional to a fault and the prices are fair. I recommend Crew everyday all the way!

We finally caught up with each other to set up an appointment. He was there when he said he would be- he called ahead of time. I only had a few small electrical problems. A socket in the kitchen, he replaced. Audio issue, he checked out, but told me that audio wasn't his specialty, but he did offer a referral. I also had two flood lights that needed to be replaced. I purchased them and he came back and installed them. He also installed a surge protector in our panel. I thought the cost of the protector was included in the deal, but I paid him $20 for it. The overall experience was good and I would use them again.

He called when he was running late and was professional and courteous. I also believe he was honest with us. When he didn't have a certain part on his truck, he got it from his shop and brought it to us and installed it the next day (no extra charge). We would recommend this company to our friends.

excellent - Chris had to order wire from his distributor to complete my work and after the wire failed to come in on the shipment, he drove to Greenville SC to pick up the wire and other supplies so not to delay my work.

He is coming out tomorrow to check/fix our electrical problem and assess the HVACsystem.

The panel box install went very well. Chris with CREW suggested that they do the work on Saturday because I work at home. This was great for me. I don't think it could have gone better. There were no problems during the install. They cleaned-up behind themselves and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They did a follow-up the next day and stressed that I call if I had even the slightest concern with my electrical service. Overall, great work from a great vendor.

My overall experience with Crew was very pleasant and stress free. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs their Heat/Air, electrical, or plumbing serviced. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family,

Crew was competitive on price and exceeded my expectation on quality and speed. They did a fine job of cleanup. I especially like the way they listened to my suggestions and "did it my way" on a few appearance issues. I plan to use them again for electric work in the future.

The experience was probably the best home repair experience I have had in the twenty years I have owned my home. I heard about Crew from a friend. I needed a new dryer hose installed because the old one had been totally demolished by my contractors. I knew I would pay a crazy "little lady" price if I used my heating and electrical provider so I decided to take my friend's advice and call Crew. I was really pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. While installing my dryer hose they found that my duct work had been damaged by a possum who had moved into my crawlspace. So they replaced all of the existing duct work. During the planning phase I mentioned that I felt that some of the rooms in the house were currently receiving too much airflow and some didn't receive enough. During the install they adjusted pipe size to increase and decrease airflow as needed so I now have a house that has a more consistent temperature throughout. I really can't say enough good things about this company. Great work at reasonable prices performed by friendly, courteous and professional people.
