He was very good. He provided excellent service for me. When I had some problems with things he worked on he would come back and assist with them.

We were in a bind on a Friday with this and they went out of their way to get service to us. We have used Crew for 2 other calls, one to connect a dryer to natural gas line and another to replace a pressure reduction valve on our incoming main water supply. ?Those calls were just as efficient and with a reasonable price, like today. Kevin was our tech on all 3 calls. Erin in the office was most helpful on all 3 calls. Kevin was here in less than an hour today and promptly cleared the blockage. ?I had no success in trying to clear this myself and if you know the phrase "If Momma ain't happy, nobody is happy" I w wasn't looking forward to going ?through the weekend unable to use the sink,dishwasher etc. ?Needless to say, I am very appreciative for the prompt and professional service and highly recommend these folks if you need plumbing service.

Our water heater needed to be replaced immediately but due some electrical issues, our regular plumber wanted us to have an electrician look at it first. We found Crew Plumbing on Angie's list and called them because they were highly rated and they do electrical work too. They came the same day, replaced the water heater, took care of the electrical issues AND honored the 15% off Angie's list coupon. The price was excellent and they were professional and very efficient. They told us to let them know if they have any issues. I am so glad we found not only a great plumbing company but also a company that can do electrical work. Thanks again to Angie's List for another great recommendation.

Chris and his guys did an excellent job installing an outlet in my hardwood floors which is now under the couch and is used for lamps, etc to keep the wires hidden. He had the job done in a couple of hours and allowed me to inspect and test before requesting payment. Easy to work with and fairly priced. Will be using his services again in the future.

A tree fell and knocked out the electrical line to the house. I was impressed that when I called on a weekend, I didn't get voicemail or an answering service but an electrician who talked with me about the job and asked for me to text photographs. After seeing them, he got back to me promptly with an estimate. The electrician arrived on schedule and worked h****** a difficult job. The Angie's List coupon saved us $178.00, too. This is an awesome firm. I will definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They were here very short after the purchase at my convenience and theirs. There were no additional charges. They are very responsive to my needs. I have gotten three or four deals from them through you and they've always been, they had some supply problems but that wasn't their fault and they came and immediately fixed them.

Appointment was easy to set. Installer called ahead and arrived promptly. He was professional and polite and work was done quickly and efficiently.

He repaired it to the degree that I wanted it repaired as I already knew that I was going to replace the faucet. I'm very happy with their service. I'm happy that he worked with me for my service.

Replaced my kitchen faucet. Included the cost of the faucet, new cut off valves and labor. Note that the labor also included checking my water heater.

Sam called before he came and showed up promptly. He was able to fix the drain quickly and only charged us the service fee for coming out $39. Very happy with this company! I will use them again for future jobs.

From the first contact on the phone through the end of the service everyone was friendly and efficient. We used them a few months ago to work on a pressure reducer valve for our water heater. We called them this time to switch out our old gas dryer for a new one. Each time they arrived exactly when they said they would. Well actually, this last time they called and were able to come a little early. Erin, the office personnel, was very friendly and helpful. Kevin was our plumber for both calls. He provided expert service and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely use the for our plumbing needs in the future.

Service tech arrived within 1 hour of call, cleared the obstruction from the disposal and based service call on Angie's List discount. Couldn't ask for better service.

Kevin had replaced 3 toilets in my house a year or so ago and I was super impressed with his manner and work. So, I contacted him again without hesitation to replace my kitchen faucet. He and Sam came out to give me an estimate. Upon looking at my sink and the faucet, Kevin explained that my sink had 3 holes and the faucet had no mounting plate. To Kevin's credit, he discouraged me from thinking about a new sink to accommodate the faucet since my sink was of good quality. Given that, they left me thinking I had no options but to call the company who made my faucet and order a mounting plate. As I looked at the schematic, that was sent after Kevin and Sam left, I saw that the faucet that I had bought from "Scroungers" did not have a mounting plate. It was designed to just be put in the mounting surface. As I thought about this, I wondered why I couldn't just add a soap pump to one hole, a hand lotion dispenser to cover another, and the faucet in the third hole. I called and Kevin said they also had some plugs to put in the holes. I rescheduled wondering why Kevin had not suggested the plugs when he was there before. I was still impressed with the prompt service, the calls from Erin to let me know the status of my job and when Kevin would be on his way. Just a very friendly company. I was also pleased that they wanted to work me into their schedule as quickly as possible. As far as I know, the job was done well. Kevin was punctual, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Owners always appreciate that. As far as hiring them again, I don't know. I was disappointed that if I had not thought of the dispensers for the extra holes and called to see if installing them would allow me to have the faucet I wanted, I would not have the faucet today. I felt (and this is just my perception) that I had been blown off. After all, I feel that Kevin should have made the plugs or dispenser option available to me since he is the plumber and I am the customer without plumbing knowledge. In addition, after my trips to Home Depot to get a soap dispenser and look at different types of plugs that Kevin said he would bring, I noticed the plugs used to fill the holes in the sink were described to me as less efficient than a different kind shown to me at Home Depot. Again, I was disappointed.

First the things I liked about Crew Plumbing: 1. Every person I talked to has been friendly. Especially so for "Sam" the person who actually did the repair. 2. They showed up early for the appointment. My "B" rating came down to price. When I asked about the cost of labor per hour, I was told they only work per job. They gave me an estimate, which I agreed to before the repair was completed. My complaint is based on what I discovered after the repair was finished and after I learned what parts were required / the amount of time it normally takes for similar repairs. The repair required a flange for the toilet which *retails* for around $75 and took three hours. This means Crew Plumbing earned around $130 per hour in labor costs. I spoke to Kevin at Crew Plumbing (again, very friendly) and he said their prices were in line with other plumbers in the area. I don't make $130 per hour, do you?

I first got a quote from Kevin a week before the actual job. Kevin was prompt, courteous and very professional. I have no idea if the quote was high or low because I didn't get a quote from anyone else. From all the great reviews on Angie's List, I assumed that Crew Plumbing would do a very good job and that's what was important. The tank they installed was an excellent brand name and bought from a plumbing supply house. It was larger than my old water heater (30 gal. to 40 gal.) and had an expansion tank that the old one didn't have. Also, they installed a water shut off on the incoming cold water pipe that I didn't have before (yikes!). Erin called to let me know when to expect Crew Plumbing prior to them showing up. They were very neat, laying down plastic over my light colored carpet from the front door through the house into the closet where my water heater access is. They also cleaned up the water heater area after pulling out the old water heater (rust, dust, dirt and cobwebs from years past gave the water heater space a haunted house look) and spray cleaned the floor. After it was installed and working, I was shown how to light the pilot light if it ever goes out (the one on my old water heater was a royal pain to light) and to call if I needed help or had any questions. Very good customer service. Even though I spent a chunk of money I can now relax and not worry about my 16-year-old water heater springing a leak during the night or while I'm away from home. It should also save money because it's much more efficient.

I was very pleased with the skill and excellent repair work. They explained everything they were doing and adequately answered all my questions.? Because of significant damage to my home they knew I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Their compassion without being condescending was greatly appreciated.? I highly recommend Crew Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Never heard from the company. Even got an e-mail asking if they had contacted me, which I responded no.

The service provider arrived on time. The inspection was thorough. The provider explained the details of the inspection in a manner that was easy to understand. There were suggestions and solutions provided. The provider also took photos and explained the how the AC unit is supposed to properly work and signs to look for when it's not working properly. It would have been ideal to have the findings of the inspection written up in a report format. There was no write up after the inspection. All information was verbal. Also, no receipt was provided even after email, text, and phone follow up requesting a receipt for services rendered.

The work went very well. He was able to do all the repairs to my satisfaction.

Showed up on time. Looked over the plumbing system before starting work. Very pleased with his professionalism.

Water heaters were draining from overflow valve. Pressure had compromised large water heater. Reason for problems was the failed pressure reducing valve, a problem diagnosed by Kevin, which was missed by two previous visiting plumbers. Kevin and Sam did the installation timely and corrected a slow water leak in inactive piping.

After a few failed attempts to reach them even through Angies list people, Angies list, refunded me my money and suggested another contractor who was very responsive and professional.

We had some new flooring installed and the flange needed to be raised and the toilet re-installed. The tech showed up on time, did the work quickly and even did some extras. Erin in the office was very sweet and professional, as well. Will definitely use in the future

Chris is #1 for service, punctuality, quality, and price. He knows what he is doing, and things are done right the first time. He is price sensitive and works around your schedule. Our home is about 20 years old, and both units needed to be replaced. Both times I called (Fall 2014 and Summer 2015), our unit was replaced in 2 business days or less. His team is excellent.
