Crew Plumbing Air Electrical

We are out of state and needed work done in our rental property. We found the the receptionist with Crew Plumbing very professional. The on site plumber Paul, called me to explain what was done and give me an overview of other items we had concerns about. Will definitely have them back to do other work soon.

Could not ask for more. The crew communicates effectively about arrival times and costs. The work is clean and reliable. This is my second time using Crew and they will get my next call should I have any plumbing needs.

The service was good. I did not pay anything additional. I would tell people that it was excellent. They were quick to respond. The guy was very nice, courteous and helpful. He gave us some good advise, which was good.

Paul at Crew Plumbing did an excellent job. He showed up on time. The office manager called us, as promised, about 20 minutes before his arrival. He completed the work, cleaned up afterward and was very pleasant and professional. We were able to schedule him the day after we called for an appointment. We had called 4 other plumbers, including 2 others on Angie's List, and left messages, but never received any response at all. We have already recommended them to some neighbors.

This is my second time having CREW perform plumbing work done and simply put, the BEST! I feel VERY comfortable with Crew in my home, kind, caring, trustworthy, job done right first time, experienced. No need to look elsewhere!

Did not show for an appointment and did not call. My calls went to voicemail when I tried to call them. I left a message and they have not called back.

Everything went perfectly. When Sam was going to be a half hour late, Erin at the ofice called me. I appreciated that. Sam arrived and went to work. My old disposal was over 20 years old (!) and the whole "structure" under the sink was a mess. He cleaned the whole sink up -- outside and underneath and It looks so good, I'm tempted to just leave the cupboard door open! Sam was so pleasant to have with me in the house and was so professional. He was/is very knowledgable in answering some questions I had about the job and also some future projects. By the way, the new faucet is also looking great! I will definitely call Crew again. I highly reommend them to all who need plumbing work done. Many thanks to Sam and Erin!

The experience was not so great.? The guy was nice but it cost me over seven hundred dollars for him to replace a toilet that wasn't the toilet that was giving me the problem.? It was very expensive and it took the whole day to do the wrong toilet and when we needed another plumber to come in for less half the price; when he did takeout the toilet that had been clogging, turning outside down and we couldn't replace either toilet that actually work.? He was friendly.? He didn't do some of the work that I thought might needed doing didn't turned out that he would be doing and he did give me an extra-long work and it's very expensive.

Great! Came the day I called and took care of it.

Yea for hot water! More importantly, YAHOO for Crew heating, air, and plumbing! The entire staff was very professional and friendly. They were able to efficiently change out my hot water heater for a new, larger one. I am extremely happy with my experience, and would definitely recommend Crew to anyone needing the services they provide. Great job, Crew!

The service was great. We did reschedule once due to bad weather and other people having broken lines. They were very prompt with the work. I was very happy with them and the cost was reasonable.

They were extremely nice.? I was worried about getting someone to come out in the snow.? The girl in the office, Erin was very nice, and the plumber even called before he came out, to try and help.

The electrician provided helpful advice to help us file an insurance claim.

The technician arrived promptly and immediately went to work. He explained what he was doing and gave me an opportunity to take a look at my sewer line through the video camera. There were no obstructions, so there was no need to clean out the line. The technician gave me a year warranty.

They were very friendly and exhibited excellent work ethic.

It was a great experience! He was there to reset my bathroom toilet only to find out that the fix was very simple, but what impressed me the most was his helpfulness. I had another issue with my house with the HVAC unit and after I told him about it, he took a look at my unit told me what to look for and was just overall helpful and knowledgeable. The kicker is he did all of this while he was injured! Absolutely would hire him again!

I indicated that I wanted him to run a 220 outlet to the same relative location. Since he had to crawl under the house to move the switch anyway, why he could not have run the 220 wire at the same time is beyond me? I essentially got one switch moved for three hours work.

They were very good. They were very nice and friendly. They did a good job. Everything went well.

It went great! Paul braved our icy, hilly driveway on a Saturday. He was friendly, professional, capable, hardworking and caring. He was easy going, helpful and took the stress out of a situation where we have run into a lot of problems.

Everything turned out great. They did have an issue with scheduling but they accommodated by giving me a $100 credit to use for the future which I really appreciated. They were very good at communicating and very apologetic. There was one technician here doing the work and it took about an hour to complete everything. The results are great.

Kevin helped us out during the crazy temperatures the polar vortex brought us. ?We had a house that the heater was off so the entire plumbing system froze. ?Kevin came almost right away and worked for several days to get us up and running. ?The plumbing in the house was pretty much a disaster and he had to rebuild most of it. ?We were so glad we had him to call!

I had an excellent experience! Early one morning, I learned that my house in Asheville (lived in by my daughter) had a serious leak in the kitchen. I needed a plumbed! I checked Angie's List and found positive reviews for Crew Plumbing, (I had previously used 2 other plumbing companies in Asheville and had very unsatisfactory experiences). I called Erin at Crew immediately (Angie's review said she was nice and helpful and that was true.). Erin said she could get someone out that very afternoon. Paul came (on time), diagnosed the problem, checked with me for approval (remember, I don't live there), and returned with the necessary parts to replace the disposal. I benefited from a sale they were running for Angie's customers and received $100 off on the cost. It was a VERY FAIR price and excellent service. Paul was terrific: an expert technician, super professional, and efficient. I can't believe it was so easy! I will use Crew for all my plumbing needs.

Called because of leaky kitchen faucet and valves under sink wouldn't turn completely off, wanted new faucet (already purchased) installed at the same time leak/valves fixed. Also wanted new drain for bathroom sink installed (already purchased), as rubber seal in drain was deteriorating. Crew plumbing did not want to replace bathroom drain, but only cleaned hair out of drain, I had to return the drain I bought. Replaced kitchen faucet, and it did immediately appear to work, but a few hours later when I went to prepare dinner, the hot water was only a trickle, no pressure, I called and notified them. He returned the next day, said valves had to be changed, he already had them in his truck, but couldn't find the outside cutoff, (I live in a condo) and had to get the management's plumber to locate the cut-off, and call him when that was done. The management's plumber did come the next morning, and I called and left a voice mail immediately after he left, as I had only a trickle of water from my hot water faucet in my kitchen sink. Also, since I live in a condo, I have to give my neighbor notice when the water is going to be turned off, in advance, and needed to know when he expected to return to finish. My call was not returned, and I called again later in the afternoon and left another voice mail message, but my call was not returned that evening. The next afternoon, I sent a text message chastising him for not returning my call and leaving me with no water in the kitchen sink. He called me soon after the text message, angry, told me he had called me that morning (which was true, my phone did not signal me that there was a message) and he said I could find someone else, he would refund the money I had paid, but he was not going to finish the job. I was left a full weekend without water to my kitchen sink, and eventually had to return the new faucet he installed, because turning the valve on and off repeatedly, caused a piece of the washer to break off and lodge in the faucet itself, occluding the passageway for hot water. The plumber who replaced the valves the next week, showed me the pieces of the washer he was able to dislodge from the tubing, but apparently, one had traveled into the faucet itself, and caused the occlusion. I waited from Jan. 10th to Feb. 5th for the promised refund to arrive, and the money has not been refunded as promised. Mind, I did not ask for the refund, but he volunteered it in his anger, after I complained that he had left me hanging, and not returned my call until the second day.

Outstanding customer service. These were very professional staff and I felt comfortable interacting with them and having them in my home for about four hours. I will definitely employ them again. I have used at least four other plumbing services in the Columbia area over the last 25 years and I believe that this is without a doubt the best. Cost was reasonable and included equipment, parts and labor.

I used an Angie's List Deal for the work. They responded quickly to my emergency and could not have have been nicer or more competent. I've just bought their deal to replace my hot water heater.
