Excellent. I received a call to inform me they would arrive in 20 min. Kevin arrived right on time was so respectful he took off his shoes before he came in which wasn't necessary, but a great gesture the same. Kevin did a walk through of the work needed with me. We needed a part for one of the sinks that leaked which was bought and installed. They did a fantastic job! No mess left behind and the work was done quickly. I love my new faucet and am thrilled all leaks are repaired...Kevin tightened all the plumbing under these sinks to prevent future issues. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs!

It went great. The installer was friendly and the office staff who scheduled the appointment was too. The job was performed quickly and I can't complain about the price. I would use them again.

The process was very smooth from scheduling to installing. Erin (with whom you schedule) was very friendly, as was Kevin who did the installation. They were booked several days out but I got in early thanks to a cancellation. I would not expect them to work me in for a cosmetic faucet swap but when I discovered a leak and notified them they came out the same day to investigate. Erin called each day to reconfirm or update Kevin's arrival time, which was very nice. The leak (a manufacturer defect) necessitated purchasing a new faucet and reinstallation. That process was as smooth as the first. I will definitely use Crew Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Crew was the best of three estimates I received for replacing a water heater. Arrived on-time. Completed the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some advice and an estimate on additional repairs. Will hire again.

They did an acceptable job. They were prompt. The work was done in a quality manner and on time. I had no problems with them.

Chris initially came by March 26 to check on our broken light fixtures. He advised me on what to buy, showing me samples on his mobile phone. My husband purchased the lights fixtures, and Chris and Eric came by April 1 for install. However, the replacement light fixture for the fan did not work; so one more visit is planned after the purchase of a new fan this weekend. I paid in advance to avoid another service call fee, which I really appreciated. I also was given a 15% discount.Glad to have working lights again and looking forward to another one working soon. We have used CREW Heating and Air for previous electrical and plumbing jobs and will do so again. Thank you Chris!

First, We were very pleased that we got an advance phone call confirming timing. Additionally, we got a later call saying Kevin could actually arrive 1/2 hour early if convenient to us. We really appreciated the communication and promptness. The actual job was performed professionally, neatly and with a full explanation of what work was done. We were pleased and comfortable with all aspects of the work and will definitely call Crew again.

Crew was awesome! Spoke to Chris who was very personable and very knowledgeable over the phone. Professional, punctual, and fairly-priced! Fantastic service and will most definitely use again in the future when needed. I feel he really looked out for us as the customers and as a matter of fact, just now called to have Crew come out and do some more work on the house.

I had an "emergency " due to a failed DIY project. I emailed the company that night expecting to hear from them the next day. I was immediately called. I was very impressed. Kevin came the next day and fixed my mess. He also helped me plan for installing a new washer/dryer. I will use Crew for my next project (no more DIY) and I will definitely ask for Kevin. Thanks Kevin!

Service was great. On time, professional, great quality of work, and were very flexible. Will not need another plumbing service now that I found Crew.

Outstanding honesty & professionalism. Had several projects I was considering but he actually suggested I wait for some til I was in the house longer to make sure it was absolutely necessary. He definitely won't sell you work you don't need. Ended up not doing the project but will definitely hire them when ready to complete project.

Daniel took his time to explain what needed to happen. He informed me that he could not give an assessment until the water was removed, and made recommendations for a water restoration company to come the next morning. I agreed and he phoned the company on my behalf. The company phoned that morning and arrived around 10am. After the water was pumped, Daniel was able to come back to our residence to fix the plumbing problem, He as very professional and his personality was wonderful. If I ever need service again, I would call The Crew without hesitation! I have already shared information with my family, friends, and co-worker.

Chris and Chris came to fix the problem I had with my home's plumbing. They listened to my issues and immediately took care of it. They also identified a sound that I had been wondering about as the cold water pipe that needs to be strapped. I plan to schedule this repair soon. I'm very pleased with the excellent service I recieved and will definitley call CREW again for all my plumbing, electrical, heat and air needs.

During the "polar express" that descended on Asheville during the first week of January 2014, my water froze. I had just purchased the home and moved in on December 21, 2013. My water was working during the early morning of Jan. 7, but within a couple of hours it seemed to be frozen. I began to search Angie's List for highly rated plumbers in my new area. I called several, but neither of the first two I phoned were going to be available to service me on this day. I then called Crew Plumbing. I spoke with Erin who said that they would be able to have someone come to my home around 2:30 p.m. At around that time, Erin called again to let me know that the schedule was running behind due to unforeseen circumstances encountered by the plumbers working on other jobs. She said it would be closer to 5:00 p.m. This was fine with me. At least I would only be without water for the day. At approximately 5:30 Kevin arrived. He was courteous, pleasant, informative, and successful. I was aware from my "Home Inspection Report", prior to purchase, that I would need the pressure reduction valve. Kevin worked in the bitter cold underneath my home until about 8:45p.m. When he left my water was running beautifully and I have had no further problems of that nature since. Later, I called Crew Plumbing again to replace a kitchen sink and the pipes underneath. I was equally satisfied with this job. Erin was excellent at staying in contact with me to let me know when and what to expect. My sink had to be ordered. It seems to have been well installed by Kevin as I have had no more leaks since. I will definitely use Crew Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I may have.

I found Crew plumbing on Angies List and was impressed by all of their great reviews . We needed someone to come and assess why we had low water pressure in the guest bath. Erin was very nice and helpful on the phone and we were able to get an appointment quickly. It was really nice that they called ahead to confirm and let us know what time they would be there. Kevin arrived promptly. He was able to find the problem quickly and spent time talking with my husband explaining the problem and giving helpful advice to prevent and fix any future problems.It was a quick and easy fix. We were charged a nominal fee of 39.00. We are very grateful to have found an honest helpful and friendly plumber that we feel we can trust ,and will call them with our future needs. It was an EXTREME pleasure to have had our call answered promptly.. an appointment set quickly, and the work done all within a few days!! Angies List has not failed us yet!

Chose Crew for excellent reviews, reasonable prices and 2 hour plumbing deal on Angie's list. Company is responsive and reliable. Chris came out, snaked through a gray-water drain field over 100' long and determined why it was not draining properly (growing tree has bent far end of pipe upward). Can definitely recommend Crew and plan to use them again.

It worked out great and they did a good job. I had to pay for some parts. I would use them again.

This is my 3rd time using Crew to fix my plumbing problems and each time has been a positive experience for me. Some of the qualities that are important to me in hiring a contractor are: Feeling comfortable with them in my home, knowledge, being meticulous, honest, being personable, keeping me in the loop by explaining what's going on and fairness in cost. I feel CREW exceeds in all these areas. I'm glad I found them and will use them again for my future needs with plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

The repairman was very professional and did a great job. ?He removed the burner and cleaned it. ?He also replaced the thermocouple. ?It works great now.

Deal provided that service provider would contact me within two business days to schedule appointment. Provider did not contact me within two business days and has not attempted to contact me at all. I also contacted the provider directly and have not received a response to that call. Plumbing repairs were time sensitive and I have had another service provider out to make them. Requesting full refund due to provider's failure to follow up and schedule appointment.

We had an excellent experience with Crew Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. They quickly understood our problem and quickly resolved it. Their work was neat and orderly and they left no mess in the house. Additionally, while they were working in our house they learned we were dealing with a roof leak. Their serviceman offered to go into our attic to see if he could locate the leak we could not find. And, he found the leak no one could find! He then learned we were having problems with mold in a bathroom and suggested a reliable company to contact regarding this problem. He had nothing to gain by helping us with either of the problems not related to the hot water heater but he helped us. The honesty of this company and their representative, Kevin Tidwell, is impeccable and we would have no problem having them work in our house even if we were not at home. We cannot recommend them enough! Their pricing was very fair. It was a true pleasure working with them and I would call them, immediately, if I had any problems in the future.
