Home inspection for our home sale said " leak in crawl space under master bath" . My heart sank on THAT little tidbit. I had visions of having to replace our entire plumbing system... so when I called home after the plumber ( Kevin? ) left and my husband said told me the good news... 59.00 DOLLARS.. I almost swallowed my tongue with happiness and relief !!! We had used Crew plumbing last year after finding them and their great reviews on Angies List. We were so pleased and grateful with their professionalism, promptness , honesty, and reasonable prices at that time, that of course we called them back to diagnose our current problem. Once again we were thrilled with their service. I hope it doesn't seem like I am GUSHING...but HONESTLY.. in today's world where it seems rather difficult to find an honest, reliable, PROMPT and fairly priced serve provider.. well yes...then I guess I can gush a little.. because frankly.. we are relieved to know that there are still good ,hard working, honest people helpers out there that truly seem to CARE. I live in an old house so it was not easy an easy job, but Kevin got it all done. This is the second time Kevin has been here to help me. I'll always ask for him. Thanks Kevin.

Went very well, tech was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He performed the job in record time, explained what he had to do. I felt very comfortable in saying that the job was done to the best of his ability.

Everyone at Crew Plumbing was wonderful to work with. The cost was exceptional, the work was done well and everyone was very nice, even when my work did not permit easy scheduling.

We purchased an Angie's List special offer from Crew Plumbing last fall for our waste drain line going from our house to the sewer. Due to unexpectedly being out of town for much of that time, we scheduled the work for this week. We received a reminder phone call from Erin (the very friendly person who answers the phone when we've called before) the day before to remind us of the appointment. Then she called again this morning to advise us that the plumber would be arriving in the next 20 minutes. Kevin arrived promptly at the scheduled time, introduced himself, and explained the process to me before proceeding. When finished, he told me the results, showing me what he had found using a live video camera attached to his probe. It was actually fascinating to see what goes on three feet below the ground! Fortunately, our pipe was relatively clean except for some high water locations where the original pipe installer had not graded the line properly for a continual downward slope. Kevin suggested a type of a relief valve (sorry, but I don't remember the exact name for it) that would, if there was a drain line clog, release pipe contents outside rather than back up inside our house. He was very conscientious and asked if we had further questions. We didn't. It's so gratifying to call a plumbing outfit who responds pleasantly, efficiently, and helpfully, something that we've never experience in the past. As a result, we plan to make Crew Plumbing our "go-to" plumber.

They were prompt to return our call. They came out that night as we had no water. They were efficient and courteous. We will use them again.

We called them initially because it was discovered during a water leak under the dishwasher that the wiring for the dishwasher showed some signs of melting. They came out and looked over the dishwasher situation, etc. I was given an estimate which they stayed within. They did everything very well, were very informative about where we could stay up on maintenance with the plumbing, etc. It was a great learning experience as well as the repairs, etc., being done well. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Kevin was an absolute delight to work with

I took advantage of a deal on Angie's list. I was scheduled the day I wanted. Kevin was professional and pleasant. He tested the items after he installed them. He showed us how everything worked. He did a thorough cleanup job.

Punctual and professional. Everything went smooth.

Great. The office called twenty minutes in advance to say they were coming. Kevin showed up on time and promptly went to work. Suggested a cheaper method to add the bath cut-offs. Gave an estimate for a future project. All very satisfactory at about the cost I had estimated. Very happy with their work, manner, and willingness to save the customer money.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. They were on time and did a good job. The guy that came out was pretty friendly, he was a nice guy. I would recommend them. I didn't spend any additional. We talked about what I wanted ahead of time and he made sure that the time allotted would be enough to do what I needed done. They told me if I wanted to do other stuff, it would be additional. We played phone tag for a while. It had actually expired by the time I was able to use it but he granted me to go ahead and use it because we'd had a hard time getting in touch with each other. It was a good deal, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it.

We placed a call to Crew plumbing to replace a faucet for our kitchen sink and install a new disposal. The receptionist was very friendly when I called to schedule service. They came at the exact time the work was scheduled to be done. I received a call to notify me the plumber was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes--which he done. The work was completed expertly and Kevin cleaned the area and took away our old parts. I could not ask for better service. I was so impressed I requested some of his cards to share with neighbors.

The service could not have been better. The plumber arrived promptly at the appointed time. Kevin ?was pleasant and the work was performed quickly ?but he took the time to answer questions and give information about a future project. This is the second time we have used their services and wouldn't ?consider using another company.

When we experienced very blue water in our bathtub, we called Crew and were give several work-around scenarios without charge. When we could not resolve the problem ourselves, we called back and were worked into their very busy schedule the next day. This is the second time we've used them with the same result. Crew is the BEST, most professional small business around. My wife and I are reluctant to every give a 5 star rating to anyone, but Crew Plumbing deserves it. They are unbelievably accomodating and really make you feel that they are working to do the very best to please you. The outcome is always very satisfying and you know that a really professional job has been done at a price much lower than expected. We've come to feel that Kevin and Erin are part of our family and would not think of calling someone else. We recommend them without reservation!

Office called to say Kevin was on his way. Arrived as scheduled, pointed out options, refitted broken sewer line. Helpful and professional.

Crew did a grat job opening the drain, and it works well.

This is the 3rd time I have used Kevin for different problems and he is awesome. Honest, down to earth, reasonably priced and personable. All three times his charges for services were extremely reasonable. I have four of Crew Plumbing's cards to give to my friends and clients and he is now in my contacts list on my browser.

They called me back at once when I told them My water heater was not working and leaking water. A plumber came out and explained that due to it being Sat there wholesaler wasn't open but if we waited till Monday,we would get a better heater and a much better price. He returned as promised first thing Monday morning and in no time we had a working water heater. His fair and honest approach saved us almost 400.00 with inconvience to us. Call Crew before anyone else.

Fabulous. From the moment I called I knew I was with a company that really understands customer service and felt they truly appreciated by call and my business. I was delighted (after attempting to get other plumbers to come for literally weeks without success, that they could schedule me the next day. As promised the office called when the plumber was on his way, and he arrived promptly at the very beginning of the hour-long window they'd given. He then went the extra mile to go out and find all the parts he needed, was back in an hour, and for the next two, promptly and professionally completed all the work. Great, great service.

Very prompt in answering our call and arrived on time. I cannot praise Crew Plumbing enough. They are efficient and very reasonable. You get a quality job from these guys. Compared to other plumbers we used in NC, Crew Plumbing is far and away the best.

They were able to come out right away for the deal. The installation took about six days because they had to wait for a part to come in. They took out the old unit, installed the new one, and cleaned up well. The only thing they haven’t quite done was follow up. They were supposed to come back and reprogram the thermostat. However, I have not followed up with them as well.

We received a $3100 bid from a different company to perform the same work. We were under an extreme deadline as the tile installer was on a tight schedule and we had guests coming in two weeks. We declined the first bid and found Crew on Angie's list. They had excellent reviews and I called to ask if they could come give an estimate. They came by Friday afternoon, gave the estimate and we accepted. Kevin showed up Monday as scheduled and completed the rough installation that afternoon. However, his work caused hot water issues elsewhere in the house. We called and Kevin came back in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. After the tile was installed, Kevin returned to finish the job. It looks great!!!!
