We noticed water stains on the ceiling and wall of our kitchen, which is directly below our master bathroom. Kevin came out and found that the toilet flange was cracked and broken, causing the leak and staining the ceiling below. He pulled the toilet, found that the flange was cracked, replaced the flange, replaced the rubber flapper, and reset the toilet. Not only was the source of the leak repaired, but the reset toilet was noticeably more stable afterwards. Kevin was extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the source of the water leak and made the necessary repairs. He removed his shoes before entering our home and cleaned up after making the repairs, leaving no sign that he had even been in the bathroom. He applied a $50 Angie's List coupon to the cost of the repairs. It was very easy to make the appointment. I emailed them through Angie's List and got a very quick response from Erin. Erin, the office manager, was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. She was able to schedule a visit for this non-emergency in only two business days. I was extremely pleased with the overall quality of service and professionalism of Crew Plumbing and their staff. I will certainly use them for all of my future plumbing needs. Kevin has also advised me on a couple of non-related plumbing issues in a very fast, professional, and comprehensive manner. My total experience was extremely positive. Kevin and Erin are professionals!

Crew returned my call to schedule promptly and arranged a time to do the work. When they had to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, Chris called and explained and was able to come the next day, which worked out fine. I am very happy with their work - they were professional and courteous, very personable. We arranged for them to return to install a dimmer switch for one of the fixtures, which will be at no additional charge.

Crew called to confirm the appointment and to let us know the plumber was at the supplier and would see us on time. He arrived, was very polite removed his shoes of his own accord and began to remove the original toilet. That completed, he began to install the new replacement. It is a Vitra toilet, not something you see everyday and the installation was far from a standard install, special tools and a second individual required. Crew left to complete his next install, saying he would return with the required tools and assistance.Approximately two hours later I received another call from Crew announcing his pending return. He arrived with the tools and a helper and completed the install. The finished work was perfect, and the cost in spite of the additional time and help required was reasonable. The installer looked at additional work required, and said they would prepare a quote, I was so pleased with the outcome, and cost that I told them to schedule the additional work, and not to worry about the proposal. After waiting two months, Crew handled the job expeditiously, and economically, with two days of our initial communication. Their phone contact person is personable and thorough, and makes the process seamless. Kudos to all!

I called because my water pressure sucked. I had heard that if you have a pressure regulator valve, when it fails (after about 10 years or so) that your water pressure decreases substantially. Since my house is 9 years old, that's what I assumed the problem was. I called Erin and told her all of this. When Paul came out, he simply adjusted the valve to allow for more water pressure. He could easily have sold me a new pressure valve and I would have believed that I needed it. But he only did what was needed and at a minimal charge. Needless to say these guys are on my 'highly recommended' list. Oh, and did I mention that I work for a major real estate company? Guess who all of those recommendations will go to from now on? Crew Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing a leak on a pipe just outside the foundation of our home. We noticed a slight damp spot in the corner of our water heater room one day and the next day we received a call from the water company saying that our water was running continuously and that our water bill may be higher this month. I found Crew Plumbing on Angie's List and called right away and was so glad I did. We were preparing to leave to go on vacation in 3 days and were worried about a problem like this coming up right before we had to leave. It was July 3rd and even though the next day was a holiday, the plumber came out to assess the problem. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He even took the time to show my husband how to turn off the water from the road to ensure that the leak would not cause even more problems while we were away. We set up an appointment for them to come and fix the problem the day after we returned. Paul came back and worked very hard outside in very hot weather, digging down about 5 feet to get to the problem, and fixed it in about 3 hours. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the pipe and what he did to remedy the situation. We were very happy with the job that Crew Plumbing did and will definitely call them again and refer them to our neighbors and friends who are in need of a plumbing company.

I called Crew Plumbing after reading wonderful reviews on Angie's List and am so happy I did. Last week my handyman came out to fix a pipe that had burst in the storage shed. When he went to shut off the main water valve in my townhome, the water wouldn't shut off. He recommended I have a plumber come out. I didn't know anyone to call so went on Angie's List and found Crew Plumbing. I called them on Thursday July 3 and they said they could have someone come out Monday morning, July 7 at 9:00, which was fine as this wasn't an emergency. Erin called before Kevin came out to say he was on his way (and on time). He took a look and quoted me a price of $169 which would include parts (he needed to go get) and labor. 3 1/2 hours later he was done, and showed me that he had to replace the main water shut off valve with a new press reducing valve, (which by itself cost $189 wholesale). Because he'd quoted me $169 initially, he held that price, so I was dramatically UNDERcharged, and told him I'd let all my neighbors know about them. I appreciated the hard work he did in a tight crawl space replacing my current water valve which may have been as old as my unit (32 years old). I appreciated the integrity of sticking with the original quote even though Crew Plumbing I'm sure lost money.

I called Crew Plumbing based on reviews from Angies list. I called them Monday morning and they came Monday afternoon and advised us our 20 year old water heater had died and it would need to be replaced. Kevin was excellent, gave me an estimate and said he could replace it on Tuesday. That did not work out work wise for us so I said Wednesday would be fine. Kevin was here when he said, did the job and the final cost was $1 less than he quoted. He made several suggestions about our old plumbing and will be back when we reroof our house to reconfigure the water heater vent when our chimney is removed. I am feel like I have a plumber I can count on. Erin answered the phone at Crew Plumbing, set up the appointment and was very friendly in her responses. I will most definitely use them again.

Chris did an excellent job. In flushing the lines, we encountered a sediment problem that caused some issues with our toilets. He returned on Tuesday, July 1, to help solve the problem. We still need to install a sediment trap at the well head. Chris has called several times since the work was done to make sure everything is working properly. How often does that happen???? We appreciate his hard work, as well as his excellent problem-solving techniques. In the world of service providers, he is a gem!

I purchased the Big Deal which stated I would be contacted within 2 business days. Hearing nothing, I contacted Crew via Angie's List and they messaged me back to call them. I left multiple messages at the number they specified but never received any return call. I had initially assumed they were busy due to unusual local weather circumstances and resulting extra business. But eventually it just became poor communication and a disappointing transaction. I ultimately looked up the plumbing issues I needed to deal with on YouTube and fixed them myself.

It went very well. Plumber arrived on time as scheduled, was professional and courteous. The repair worked.

They were okay. It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It was expensive.

I love Angie's "Deals". I have never been disappointed and always find the greatest companies.

He arrived on time and was very professional and considerate. He gave me some great ideas on how not to have this happen again. I would definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

One of my breaker switches kept being thrown off. Mr. Crew came in and checked it out. He explained exactly what the problem was, and that I needed a new compressor. He installed it promptly. He called later to make sure I was satisfied and that everything was working properly, This is one of the most professional companies that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them.

It took about a month to get someone out to look at the jobs. Then it took over a week to get a call back with an estimate but I was unable to take the call and I have called and left numerous messages and never got a reply. I guess they don't want the work but wish they would have just said so I would not have wasted 3 months. I will look for another company to do the work.

Once again, Chris has gone above and beyond. He made it an absolute priority to get to my house ASAP and verify the problem. Before that, we discussed all the general possibilities and the options I would pursue should the unit be completely dead. He warned me about freon prices and advised me on replacement costs. I was supremely confident that we had a concrete plan of action. Then, he went to my house, and called me about 10 minutes after I expected him to arrive with the good news - it was only a capacitor. I was able to trust him to be in my house with nobody home and I couldn't ask for a better provider.

Appt was scheduled for 9-10am and I got a call at 9 that the plumber would be there at 9:30. He went right to work and inspected the valve and shower head as possible sources for the water coming through the wall at about 6 inches above the floor. I had assumed it was a valve leak but after taking the plate off the wall, running the shower, and observation this was ruled out. He then went to investigate the pan under the tile as the leak source. He plugged the shower drain and filled the shower with about an inch of water and soon there was water coming out. We removed a tile from the outside of the shower on the wall where the leak is and found water. No telling where the leak is in the pan but as the plumber suggests I think it might be at the corner near the leak where the floor pan/liner was cut to fit (which it should not have been cut). Its also possible its in the drain seal where the drain passes through the pan its possible the seal is bad. Regardless we have the culprit now. I was hoping for a simpler fix but at least now I know what the issue is and it cost me $49. If the tile man I select doesn't install the pan then Crew will be my choice.

He fixed the plug that we thought was the problem but also discovered a bigger issue and also fixed this. He was very conscientious and took the time needed to find and resolve. I was impressed at how professional he was and asked questions to understand the concerns. He also was very thoughtful and kind.

I had a very slow washing machine drain and the piping is at least 56 years old. Crew Plumbing arrived on time and did get drain working good again. With the age of the drain pipes, I was amazed that he got them opened up. Paul did say it's only a matter of time till they will need replacing. The area where he worked was left as clean as it was when he came. Paul also gave a good tip on how to catch lint from entering the pipes. Thank you Paul! I will definitely use Crew Plumbing again. Also got the discount that they were offering!

Contacted Crew plumbing on 3/17/2014, due to the fact that our old water heater was leaking water at the base of the tank. When I phoned the company, a sweet voice answered. She introduced herself as Erin and she arranged a time the next day for me to meet with Kevin, and discuss the problem at hand, and also the price, labor, and warranty of a new tank. On the dot, of the appointed time, the next day he arrived. He went over with me the prose and cons of installing the water heater, and also the price for the job that was to be undertaken. The most thing that impressed me was that the water heater had a 6 year manufacture warrantee, and to my amazement, Kevin stated that Crew Pluming, has a extended guarantee for labor, and replacement of tank over the same time period He also stated that he could have the new tank installed the next day, in which I made a appointment for installation. The next day 6/18/2014 at 1:30 on the dot he was at my home. From 1 30 pm to 3pm, he had the job completed, and the hot water heater purring away heating up the water. He also made sure that I knew how to operate the heater and he also checked one last time for gas and water leaks. From the moment I took up the phone and talked to Erin, and till the completion of the job, Crew Pluming has given me and my wife a great professional service. I intend to recommend them to my neighbor's and friends. Note of advise. Gas operated products, should be left to the qualified professional people like Crew plumbing. Be Safe out there people.

We had used Crew Plumbing once before for installation of a garbage disposal and were pleased by their efficiency and promptness. Once again, when I called late last week for an appointment, I was very satisfied at the efficiency of scheduling. We got an early morning appointment just a few days later. The plumber was prompt, the work fast and done well, and we're very happy to have a working outdoor faucet again! We have already recommended Crew to friends who used them for frozen pipes in the winter and who were also very pleased with the company..

I called Crew BECAUSE OF THE ONE NEGATIVE REVIEW and all the positive ones. Anyone who complains, but does not give the person/company the opportunity to correct the problem, is a just a whiner. I met Kevin for an evaluation of the work to be done. He was spot on time. He came back to do the work, and again, was on time, not close, but on time. The job entailed cutting my living room wall to access the problem. The work was done neatly and did not involve having to paint the wall after he left. He provided an access panel to prevent the problem in the future. The price was absolutely fair given the time the job took, including the necessity to get an odd ball part needed. I would hire this company again should/when the need arises.

As always, Crew arrived on time and performed the work that was needed. We cannot recommend this company enough. They do an exceptional job!
