Crew Plumbing called ahead of time to let us know their plumber was on the way. Very courteous and prompt. Sam, the plumber who showed up, and did exactly what we wanted him to do. Unfortunately, we discovered a bigger problem in the way the plumbing pipes were set up. However, he spent a great deal of time exploring other options for making the washer work where it had previously been in this house. Luckily, we have a large living area in the lower level of our house which also has washer/dryer hookups, and despite a few existing design glitches, Sam got that washer working and draining properly. I can't say enough about how nice and professional Sam was in spite of finding numerous challenges in the way our draining pipes were configured. I would absolutely use Crew Plumbing again and would ask for Sam by name! Very positive experience over all. Thank you Crew Plumbing!

We called to schedule someone to come out to replace 4 hose bibs. They scheduled the appointment. Which I took vacation to be there for the appointment. The day of the appointment they called to confirm. I called back to let them know we would be there all I got was there voicemail. Needless to say no one ever showed up. I called after I had been waiting over two hours and once again only got voicemail. I have never received a call as to why they blew us off. I am guessing they do not need the business. I am sure to tell everyone not to use them.

Repeat customer: Provider and his assistant arrived earlier than expected which was great considering the amount of work I was having done. Replaced my old dishwasher with a lightly used hand me down dishwasher from my parents. The hose was too short so the hose from my old unit plus the new stainless steel hose (Chris suggested prior to the service date) were used. After installing the unit a few tests were run to determine all functions of the dishwasher were running without issues, i.e. leaks. Replaced the dining room light that was too long (kept hitting head on it) with a semi-flush light. Found that the old light was poorly installed by the previous owner of the condo. Replaced ceiling fans in 3 rooms. starting with my bedroom he courteously removed his shows to stand on my bed while removing the old and installing the new fan. While Chris took down the old fan and began installation of the new anchor and motor unit his assistant attached the hardware to the fan blades. This was done for each of the 3 fans installed today. It was determined during installation that each old fan had issues regarding the ages of the units and the difficulties in wiring , ceiling anchors, etc. Chris was able to navigate through any issues that arose with a professional attitude. The second fan was installed in the living room. I previously had work completed that removed the textured popcorn ceiling in each of my rooms. Chris had suggested either I find ceiling fans that are roughly the same diameter or to purchase medallions to fit over the remaining popcorn that was underneath the old fan unit. I purchased 3 medallions as a precaution and am very pleased with the results. That way I could purchase 3 identical fans to compliment the ceiling work with consistent appearance for each room. The final fan was installed in my guest room. After the 2 previous installations this new fan was quickly installed. Chris carried the old dishwasher to my truck then after each subsequent job I also carried each replaced unit to the truck. During installation each piece was carefully collected with the hope of donating them in the near future. All in all this was another very positive experience with this provider. I highly recommend their service.

A few weeks ago I noticed black mold growing on a baseboard by the master shower door. The baseboard is in an area of poor air circulation so I was unsure if that was the problem or if a leak in the wall was the culprit. I scheduled an appointment with Crew to come investigate. Kevin spent an hour and 15 minutes at my house filling the shower basin and checking in the crawl space for signs of leaks, ultimately finding nothing. I felt guilty when he only charged me $27 for his time as he was here a long time, but he said since he didn't find anything he'd only charge me the service call fee. He instructed me to watch the area for dampness and the next step would be to cut into the wall to see if there was potentially something going on so slowly that it wasn't showing evidence below the house. After a week, I decided that I was not going to feel good about the situation until he peeked behind the sheetrock just to make sure. We previously owned a home with tons of plumbing issues, so it's something I am probably overly concerned with. He and Sam showed up - right on time, cut into the wall, ran the shower to reveal no leaking. The dampness most likely is due to poor circulation and water escaping from the door, after all. Kevin and Sam weren't here long but I would still expect them to charge me... but because they were on their way to another job close by they didn't even write an invoice. This company is a pleasure to work with, as this is not the first time I've used them. Erin is always very kind to deal with as a first point of contact and Kevin is very knowledgeable, honest, and understanding, as well. He didn't make me feel foolish for still being concerned about this non-existent leak! I will (and have) recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing contractor!

Crew gave me a welcome small window for arrival (1-2pm) and the plumber arrived at about 1:03pm, so I was very happy with the punctuality. It turned out to be a relatively straight-forward fix, but it was performed quickly and competently, and I was charged a fair rate. I'd definitely call them again - recommended highly.

In trying to describe the additional work I needed done Erin was having difficulty understanding what I was talking about, so the plumber made a special trip to my home to find out what I needed before we started the project. The two plumbers arrived on 11/12 at 9:30 a.m. and set to work. They installed the new water heater, fixed my water hammer problem, replaced two leaky faucets on a basement tub, capped off two lines I no longer need and replaced the pressure reducer on the incoming line which reduced the water pressure in my home from 95 to 50 lbs. all in 2 1/2 hours. I also asked them to look at the place where my refrigerator water line joined the main cold water line - there was a lot of green at that spot. They showed me that it was not leaking and there was no evidence of water so there was nothing there that needed to be done. They cleaned up all the "mess" they made, and even cleaned up stuff that my sons had left (A pile of things that had been swept up but not picked up). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. I was very pleased with their work.

After purchasing the coupon on Angie's List I contacted the provider to discuss my issues, i.e the leaky tub faucet and kitchen faucet. Chris from Crew suggested I purchase new faucets for the bathroom and kitchen in case the issues were too extensive for just a repair. I had purchased another bathroom faucet but did not require installation. We discussed that the coupon was for labor only. The provider and his assistant arrived promptly within the time frame discussed. After being shown the tub faucet leak he quickly went to work finding the problem. He was able to switch out the old broken pieces and replace them. The faucet works great. After a few minutes discussion regarding issues with my faucet in terms of possible major work the future the provider moved onto #2 on my list. He checked the water flow in both the faucet handle and sprayer instantly finding the leaks. I previously had 2 catchall containers beneath the sink for the water leaks. After cleaning out the area and removing the old faucet he diligently cleaned the area before installing the new faucet. Once the faucet was installed and tested it for leaks he asked again about what was left to be done. At this point I asked if the work was still covered under by the coupon. I was quoted an amount for installing the guest bathroom faucet. Once that work was completed and I paid we discussed a few other future jobs. The only issue I found was the lack of cleanup after the tub faucet job was completed. That was quick and easy cleanup but worth mentioning since I do plan on hiring Crew Heating, Air, Electrical, & Plumbing L.L.C again in the future. Discussed future work includes: 1) Installing new ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room 2) Replacing my old dishwasher with a semi-new dishwasher

I was impressed with all the reviews so i decided to purchase the deal. I called first and asked if what i wanted done would qualify. I requested the work of removing the old hoses be done on one day, then come back a day or two later so i could paint the area. Chris was happy to oblige and all i had to do was call when the painting was done. He came back promptly and i showed him where i thought one of the spigots was cracked. It turned out to be fine, but he also went out of his way to go under my house (not a fun thing at all in a typical southern crawl space) to fix the duct work attached to the dryer. He used quality parts to replace the hoses and tested everything to make sure it was good to go. Chris answers his calls, shows up on time and he is a very friendly person. I am going to hire him again soon to fix some duct work under my home. I would also consider changing to his company for my bi-annual heating/cooling inspections.

Both of the gentlemen, who came out, were professional, to the point, and knowledgeable. I was given the estimate. They came out the following day to work on the problems. My grown son stayed at home with them. When I came home at night everything was taken care off. I had left a check for them over the estimated cost. The final bill was $25.00 less than expected. I received a check over the amount within two business days. Also, I was very pleased to talk to Erin on the phone. She set up the appointments. She was very accommodating and very patient with me. Yes, I will call Crew Plumbing again, if there is a need.

Responded the same day they called since he finished up another job early. I'm also going to use them to replace outdoor security lights that are too high for me to reach. Rates are very good and customer service is excellent. Will also quote me a downstairs HVAC system when it needs repaired!

The new commodes were higher than the old ones so the Plumber had to obtain new flexible hoses for the water supply to the commodes. He removed the old wax rings which had deteriorated and installed new ones. He was careful to clean the area around the commodes and used a transparent calking to seal along the base of the commodes. After installing the units he optimized the operation of the commodes to provide good flushing action. In addition to this work he replaced a valve on one of the water supplies to the commodes and replaced a small section of pipe under the kitchen sink and the hot water valve which could not be opened fully without leaking. He was very experienced and did a very professional, neat job.

In a late August thunderstorm we lost both our internet access and phone. Chris Soles had told me on a previous visit about the surge protector. I wish I had not waited to have it installed!!! Chris arrived on the day agreed to install the surge protector, called me ahead of time to let me know he's on the way. The install took just a couple of minutes and all my questions were answered. - A few days later I thought that my dryer had broken down, but it was the outlet that malfunctioned instead. Called Chris and he came within a few days to take care of the problem. He installed a new electrical outlet and cleaned up the work area; and my dryer works. The pricing of his services is reasonable and we plan on calling him again.

From the first contact with Erin at the office to Kevin working at the house, it has been a positive experience. The work was done quickly, professionally and very neatly. Kevin made a point to go over the work done and answer any questions. I would definitely use Crew Plumbing again and will recommend them to others

.I discovered my hot water leaking in the morning before heading to work. I did a fast search on angies list and found crew plumbing. they were able to come and that same day and replace my hot water heater in between other jobs that they had scheduled. The dispatcher was friendly and communicated well. Two plumbers came out and replaced the heater. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They did a nice professional job. I would definitely use them again.

My HVAC unit quit working and as it was/is old I was afraid I'd need a whole new system. Chris came out and diagnosed a short due to an ant infestation, had the necessary parts on the truck, and fixed it quickly. He also found that the system pressure was low and added coolant to make the unit much more efficient. I was very pleased with the appointment, the call, and the results.

I spoke with Erin and she was very considerate of my needs. The day I called no one could come because they were all busy. The next morning Paul came at 9:00 a.m. After looking at what I needed he had to order parts and on Friday the 26th of September he fixed both toilets. He called to say that traffic was bad and he might be a few minutes late, but arrived on time. I think this company is very reliable and I will use them again.

The work was done promptly and professionally. We did have to call them back to fix a leaky cap and it was handled posthaste, within an hour of when we called. This is a well-run business from the office to the service folks; I highly recommend them.

Our 15-year-old hot water heater was in need of replacement. We contacted Crew after reading the reviews on Angie's List. They came out within a day and looked over our situation. We had to consider where to put it (original location or somewhere else), whether to use electricity or propane as a heat source, and whether to install a whole-house water filter. Additionally, there was one thing we didn't like about our original system. Since our heater was on one end of the house and the master bath, kitchen, and washing machine were on the other, we've had to deal with sometimes long waits before the hot water started flowing. Crew's technicians discussed the pros and cons of our options and came up with recommendations to improve the hot water issue. We settled on a plan and they went to work a few days later. (Since our old heater was still working, we weren't in a rush). They quickly replaced the old system and installed the whole-house water filter. Then they built an insulated hot-water return line with a pump. This continually circulates a small amount of hot water during the day, ensuring that hot water is always quickly available. They also showed us some maintenance that we could do to prolong our new heater. (Hot water heaters should be completely flushed at least once per year to wash out all the gunk that accumulates over time - who knew? I sure didn't! And that was some nasty-looking gunk in our old one.) Unfortunately, the brand-new pump they installed failed the first night (not their fault). They came out the next afternoon and replaced it with a bigger one, while making a few changes to the piping to improve the flow. Since then it has worked perfectly. We're really happy with having hot water at our faucets within a second or two of turning them on - quite a change from having to wait for one or two minutes! It has really reduced the amount of water wasted waiting for the hot stuff to arrive. Crew's technicians were very sharp and professional. They know their business and carefully explained all the things we had to consider as we settled on a plan. We really liked their stress on quality and their price was very fair. We signed them on to a yearly maintenance contract. All in all, we were extremely happy with Crew Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Kevin and Sam came as a result of a "Home Warranty" call (which is not through them, but I would never renew.) However, after assessing the work needed, I wanted to upgrade both my disposal and toilet. Kevin gave me information I asked about and did not try to push any one product. I purchased the items and had Crew Plumbing come back to do the work. I was very happy with a job well done. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. It is a pleasure to have contractors come to the house who explain work being done, what caused the problem that prompted the call in the first place and just be nice. Kevin and Sam both did excellent in this category. They were careful to show respect for my home by wrapping the toilet being carried out in plastic so as not to drip or damage anything. I appreciated the fact that out of three toilets that are not working properly, Kevin suggested only replacing one to see if it resolved the issue before replacing the other two. It helped me to gain trust that they were not going to try to sell me anything I did not need! In fact, I feel that both Kevin and Sam went above the call of duty in their repairs. I would not hesitate to call these people again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

I called Monday and they came out Tuesday. They were running early and asked if they could come two hours earlier than expected which was awesome. The disposal was replaced with a good Insinkerator model and they took the old one away. When they were done, they asked for spray cleaner so they could clean the cabinet for me since they were already down there. You couldn't have asked for nicer, more professional plumbers. They even went out of their way to make my little dog comfortable with them. (They're very tall and my pup is very small). Crew Plumbing is definitely on my favorites list!
