Description of Work: My oven had stopped working and I called to schedule a service call. In order to save me money, they suggested I turn off the circut breaker and turn it back on and see if that would cure my oven's problem. It did! They could have come out and charged me for a service call, but they did not! I will trust them for any future appliance needs...

+ -1 moreI could smell a burning smell coming from my refrigerator, so I called Columbia Appliance and then someone came out right away. The serviceman found out what was wrong right away and got the problem fixed pretty fast. As far as the price goes, it was part of an extended warranty in which we had purchased when we bought all brand new appliances and that was around 400 dollars.
Description of Work: They had to replace a relay because my refrigerator kept sparking.
