I actually wanted a black roof but their black is not a true black, so they use a dark charcoal which was going to cause my roof to have two different shades of black, they were able to match the colors perfectly. They brought a dumpster to pile the old roof into to keep the area clean. One of the representatives came out before I paid them to make sure I was happy with the work before I paid. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

Never contacted them, never had anything at all to do with them. Answering this in the hope that I will stop getting emails asking for something that didn't happen.

Last year our neighbor had their roof replaced by Burgin. I was very impressed with the job and how well the site was maintained and cleaned. This year we chose the same company to replace our roof. The inspection was very detailed, their quote was very impressive with a tremendous amount of information. They were the highest bidder but also provided more services and a very good product from GAF. They also were a top rating installer. There work on our job was completely as expected. Their work was excellent, the crew was very capable and professional, the work went fast but was not rushed, all of the issues with the roof were addressed and the job site was left in almost a pristine condition. You could not tell that just a few days ago the roof was completely replaced. Overall it was a great job.

New roof looks great, and makes quite a difference in the appearance of the house. Showed up days they said they would. Did a good job of keeping trash picked up and placed in the bin, which was hauled off the last day. Found relatively few roofing nails left from the job. Cost was reasonable considering that two separate buildings were re-roofed. What was especially good is that the second day, we were supposed to have afternoon thunderstorms. Burgin brought in a double crew and completed the job mid-day, so that the house was completely sealed and roofed by the time the rains came. The only negative would be on communication. The foreman did not keep me informed of progress, or even of what was going on, and I had to call the company to verify that the job was in fact complete.

We went to the home show to identify roofers. Burgin called us the following day to schedule an appointment for an estimate, They were extremely thorough in their approach to estimates. They outline exactly what you should expect and they meet and/or exceed those expectations. Our 3600 square foot home was re-roofed in one and a half days. They stripped the old shingles and replaced as they went along so our roof was never exposed to the elements. Everything was so clean when they left we would never have know that they were here. I highly recommend Burgin.

They did a great job about working with All-State, our insurance company. The adjustor hadn't included all the necessary repairs, and they were able to get the adjustments made to include all necessary work. They did the whole job in one day, and we were very happy with it. They guarantee their work for several years, and they used good heavy-duty architectural shingles. They cleaned up and did a really good job. We had several previous roofs on our house and they had all leaked near the cathedral ceiling, but I haven't seen any since Burgin came out. He made it a point to drive by and look at the work when it was finished. He caught a few smaller shingles that were damaged by the workers and he took pictures and replaced them for us. He was a really nice guy.

They provide a good service. I saw them July 2012. They did a really good job. The shingles perfectly matched the rest of the roof. I would use the services again.

The Supervisor was there all day for questions if I had any which I did. They were there when they said they would be and the Dumpster was picked up the very next morning as promised. When I had a question I was allowed to go up and Trey answered my questions very well. They were very professional and cleaned up excellently crawling through the shrubs and using the magnets. They went out further than I thought they should, but that ensured there were no nails in the yard. I would use this company again and/or recommend

Following a series of storms with hail and high winds we got an insurance estimate for our roof damage. Insurance was only willing to replace the front half of the roof. We paid for the back half replacement ourselves. We got estimates from several roofing companies including some companies that left flyers on our door. Burgin was not the cheapest by any means but my husband felt the most confidant with them. They were accurate with their estimated start and finish dates and times. The yard was cleaned of shingle scrap and nails. We had no problems and have not had to call them out for any follow up concerns. Their cost is on the high end but we were pleased with the work and workers and with our communication and dealings with Burgin's representatives in the office and at our house.

Service was pRovided in a timely and professional manner. Due to a threat of bad weather the entire roof was shingled in one day.

Excellent performance. Roof on 3000 sq ft house and 720 sq ft shop was replaced due to hail damage. Burgin agreed to perform work for the estimate provided by insurance company even though it was less than Burgin's estimate. The work was scheduled about two months prior to actual performance. Within the week before the scheduled work, Burgin sent letter and phoned to review/remind details. The work was performed on schedule and as contract stipulated. The crew worked constantly on job for one and one half days. Excellent supervision was provided during complete job. Very nice and extra efforts to satisfy customer. Clean up was performed perfectly. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. Would certainly recommend to others.

Stuart was extremely honest and forthright, stating not to bother with repair. There were a few "hits" but nothing of any consequence. Who would have expected such honesty? I will definitely keep this business in mind for repairs on siding that did receive some more damage. He had a reference he would be glad to give me, if I desired. All the "storm-chaser" roofing companies out there taking your money, I was so appreciative of this company not trying to take mine for no good reason. Do your research, people, and you will come across reputable organizations out there!! I sure did

We were very pleased with Burgin Roofing and the job they did in replacing our roof. We had to postpone for a day due to the weather. They were on time and the hard working crew finished the job in one day. (a long day). They were very careful to clean up all the debris and nails. I am happy to recommend them.

I have never deal with a more professional company! From the initial meeting to receive an estimate to the finished product, everyone I dealt with at Burgin Roofing was amazing! If you need a new roof, I strongly recommend your using Burgin Roofing!!

They are a bad company. They were terrible. All of the workers were Mexican and none of them spoke English. They just left me with them and they couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. It was about the worst experience I've ever had with them. I would not recommend them. They have done work for other people I know but it has always been a man and a wife and I am single. I would absolutely not use them again.

They weren't the cheapest bid that we got, but they seemed to be the most intelligent estimators. They spent a lot of time looking over the roof thinking about what they needed to do because it is a complex roof. Even though it was a very large roof they were done in a day. They used big crews and got it done at once. We spent about $6000 on that service. We would use them again.

It went very well until we realized that the type of roofing we had ordered was not put on the roof! We were supposed to get the highest quality thicker shingles with a lifetime warranty, but they put on 30-year shingles. It turned out that the company had recently changed the warranty on their 30-year shingles to a lifetime warranty, so that's what they put on, but they weren't the shingles we thought we were getting! Their advertising materials still had all the old information on it and we had no way of knowing when we signed our contract that their "lifetime" warranty shingles were now the lesser quality/thinner (previously 30-year) ones. Pretty slick... Stuart Burgin seemed very nice, but be very careful. It does appear that the roof was put on well and it looks good. Also, the crew did not speak much, if any, English and they killed some of the azaleas in front of our house by throwing debris on them from the roof. Nails were left all over the yard.

The whole experience from the first call to the bill was hassle free.

Recieved a few quotes, then called Burgin. At-home estimate was way more thorough, accurate, professional than all others. Price was in-lne with expectations. Speed of install team was phenomenal , just 9 hours ! Roof looks fantastic , no leaks, and colored-flashing details give a much more cohesive visual. Team was very accomodating of existing solar panel detachment and reattachment overtop of new shingles. Only suggestion I might have is to improve language barrier. Team should have at least one crew member bi-lingual during course of install. Crew chief spoke well with customers but was not bi-lingual.

They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. As far as I know its fixed well. I did look them up on Angie's List, but I also know some people who used them to re-roof their whole house. Just because their feedback was positive I decided to use them also.

They arrived on time, completed work ahead of time and left property cleaner than before they arrived.

I was shopping for price and I didn't go with them. Their quote was a little high. They owner came out and he was a really nice guy.

Excellent work, very fast with good follow up. They cleaned up the area around the house afterwork of all nails and trash. The supervisor came by the next day and fixed the small issues such as reinstallation of the gutter guards that the workers put on incorrectly. The company put roofs on approximately 15 houses in my neighborhood and were highly recommended.

In October 2008, we bought a "flipped" home with a relatively new roof. Imagine our surprise when we discovered a number of small leaks and one large one only a few months later! We requested a number of estimates; Mr. Burgin was the one contractor who took the time to take my husband up on the roof to show him how the shingles had been incorrectly laid in a number of places, the ridge vent attached with nails that were too short, and other shortcuts. He installed a tarp to protect us from further leaks until his crew could get on the job, and got us scheduled for two weeks later. He also suggested a rain diverter over the front porch where he could see that water was eroding mortar on the brickwork. The crew arrived when they said they would, finished the job as projected, cleaned up, and were professionals the entire time. Mr. Burgin came over after the job was completed to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The cost was exactly what we expected from the estimate. We were totally satisfied with our experience with the company and would recommend them to anyone.
