Description of Work: I purchased on Sun. March 1, 2015. I received a notice asking for dates. I chose 3 dates March 2nd , 3rd, and 4th. I sent another message on Mon. Never heard from them. Called again today Tues. March 3 rd, and I was informed they had no information regarding service for me. I called Angie's list and requested a refund. I also sent an email prior to that request. I want a full refund immediately. My account was drafted the $99.00 the day of purchase. I would not recommend Valet Carpet Cleaning to anyone. This has caused a problem for me and my new tenants. It is rental property and now my new tenants will not be able to move in on time. They will have to find a place to stay.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms of carpet. They did a good job. Only problem was that they were very late arriving. We did get a call that they were running late due to traffic, but appointment was for noon and they didn't arrive until almost 1:30.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angieslist deal for a 3 room carpet cleaning, and they were punctual and communicated very well. The reason I am giving a B Rating and will not use the service in the future was the process for the cleaning used. It involves a wet carpet for 24 hours, and then it is on the homeowner to vacuum up the "crystallized dirt" that forms. I haven't had to do this in the past with other carpet companies, and having to keep my furniture in the kitchen and hallways for over a day was not ideal.

Description of Work: I have responded to this same inquiry numerous times, but Angie's List keeps sending it. Somebody at Angie's needs to realize this and stop sending the same old questions. Again, I only have high praise for Valet Dry Carpet Cleaning, and I will continue using them in the future.
