They did a good job. I was satisfied to what they did and the price was fair.

They are very professional and punctual. They schedule according to my wishes and arrive on time. They do a very good job and are clear with their instructions for continued care. I have used their services several times and will continue to do so

The service turned out great. They were fabulous. I got them through either a groupon or something. They were like a spur of the moment. I was moving out of an apartment. I had to have the carpet professionally cleaned and the person who was supposed to do it did not show up. I called them. The owner actually is the one who came and made sure that I was going to get it done. He showed up and he did it. It was great. I got all my deposit back. It was not a lot. It was very reasonable. It was like three rooms of carpet. He even did the stairs and it was dry within an hour. So, it was great. They were good. They were very professional. The fact that it was dry in an hour is pretty impressive. They were on time.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. The service turned out fine. I wasn't here, my husband was here. There were no additional charges. I liked the price, the value, and the convenience.

The techs were very courteous and professional. The carpets looked great - brand new! They were able to get old stains out. My only concern was communication within the office. I had a last minute conflict and had to leave a key with a neighbor. I left both a voice mail and email message prior to noon, service appt. was at 4 pm. The techs never got the message and were almost ready to leave the property when they got the key.

It turned out OK. Scheduling was fine as I recall. The problem I had was you had to wait for it dry overnight and then needed to vacuum the areas.

Set a time and date with their office for cleaning and they never showed up. Left 3 follow up message and they never returned my call. I won't be working with them and won't be purchasing "Deals" from Angie's list in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not pleased with them at all. They were only here for about 15 minutes. I felt like what they offered for what I paid was ridiculous. They only did 2 rooms and they charged me for a 10 foot hallway as a room. My third bedroom didn't get cleaned and I had paid extra for stairs. It was 3 small 8x10 bedrooms that I wanted done plus a small hallway. I called and paid extra for the stairs. They didn't offer for any more money to clean the third bedroom. They just said that they were done. I paid an additional $35 for the stairs. I felt that they were extremely overpriced. I saw a special for $99 for a whole house later. I was not happy at all and I would not recommend them. They could have been a little more flexible regarding the hallway. It was a short 4x10 hallway. They were very unreasonable about that. At first they weren't going to do the stairs and we said that we paid for the stairs. The people that came out were not very professional. Don't hire them. The carpets they did were clean but they were unreasonable for that bedroom. It took the about 3 weeks to come out because they were so busy. They were on time. I would not uses them again and I would not recommend them.

The technician ran a little late, but called to inform me. Very friendly and professional. Handled all the moving of furniture. Carpet looks great. Did not try to pressure me to buy added services.

It was great from start to finish! They were extremely nice, they arrived ahead of schedule, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the service. I also appreciated that they moved heavy furniture when cleaning and that they were friendly to my pets when doing the work.

THE EMPLOYEE ARRIVED AT THE TIME HE WAS SUPPOSED TO AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WILL USE AGAIN MORE THAN LIKELY IN 6 MONTHS.
