It went very well. They did a very good job on my carpet considering the condition. I saw nothing to improve on. The technician showed up 15 minutes early. The office kept me updated on my schedule via text message. The technician himself was very professional and polite and did not try to talk me into additional work. He was able to remove some stains. The carpet took only an hour to dry as well and the house did not have a bad odor. I vacuumed the carpet the next day by his recommendation and you can really see the difference in quality.

Very fast and professional. Carpet was dry in 2 hours.

Valet Dry Cleaning service definitely lived up to its name! I was pleased with the product and personnel (Hal) who provided the service. Hal was friendly, efficient and knowledgable about the product being used. Carpet are fresh and clean. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

The provider was very nice and professional. The carpet did look better than when he started, but several of the spotsdid not come out.

It went very well, they were punctual and did a great job. The only thing I will say that could be a negative is that both homes we had to pay an additional $75 on top of the angie's list deal because of stairs.

A highly reputable carpet cleaning service cleaned the carpet before I moved into my apartment. I was so disappointed because the carpet looked dirty and had spots everywhere. I just assumed, since this carpet service had such a good name, that I would have to live with it. Thank goodness I checked Angie's List and came across Valet Dry Carpet Cleaning. The staff was friendly, and once they finished the job my carpet looked brand new! They don't use much water, which I've discovered just stirs up the dirt beneath the carpet, meaning the stains come back. Even better, Valet Dry uses a safe chemical that repels dirt. I'm very pleased with the job they did, and they are the only carpet cleaning service I will use in the future.

Called on Nov. 5 and was scheduled on Nov 17 for service (soonest appointment available at the time) but I was in no hurry so that was fine. They called on the 16th to confirm service time. On Saturday, he called about an hour earlier than scheduled service time and asked if it was ok if he came early. I told him yes that was ok. Upon arriving, I was a little worried because the truck wasn't lettered. However, he put me right at ease and I was very pleased with service. The carpets were really soiled and he was able to get all stains up quickly. Service also removed a lot of the dog hair. I was also impressed that the "dry" process meant that we were able to enter the home soon after service.
