I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not satisfied with them at all. They didn't really clean the carpets. They shampooed it but they didn't vacuum it. I was really disappointed. I am never, ever going to use them again. The people were very unresponsive. The man that came out was okay and he was nice but he was a poor technician. He did what he had to do. The management was very unresponsive and very rude. They threatened me with canceling the order because I had to cancel it once. I didn't have to pay anything extra.

Provider contacted us and arrived on schedule. They were very good and removed stains that we had been unsuccessful in removing ourselves. I would highly recommend.

I was really unhappy with the service. The floor was soaking wet when they left. They sent 2 people out to do the cleaning. They got the job done in about an hour. It was supposed to be some type of new way to clean the carpet, and about 2 weeks later we rented a machine and cleaned the carpets again for ourselves. I would prefer that the company not call me back.

The tech was very professional and cordial. He was very careful with his equipment and the carpets looked very good when he was done. l had a couple of stains under the rocker/recliners which he was able to remove. I was very pleased with the results.

Overall is was ok. He arrived in the window provided. Cleaned the carpets. All of my stains were not removed but lightened (I had no expectation that they would be removed). However, when he left my carpets were soaked and my house smelled of wet dog. We not have a dog (or did the previous owner or did any dog ever go on the carpet). Our carpets did not try until 24 hours later. We walked around in socks to help absorb the wetness. The BIG Deal on Angie's list was not a deal at all. His car had a magnetic with the deal. Disappointed in that aspect of Angie's List. The owner did not also know about the reduced price listed on the offer for stair cleaning. Nice owner but just would not use again because of the smell.

From a score of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, I would give them 5. They are friendly, punctual, and the service is efficient. I would definitely use them in the future.

There were no delays with scheduling and he arrived on time. The guy who came out was really nice and did a good job. He was able to complete the job in just a couple of hours or so. There were no additional costs beyond the prepaid cost of the deal. Everything went fine and my experience was great.

It was hard for us to make connections. Partly my fault. I thought it was going to be steam cleaning, but it was not. Most of the carpet cleaned very well, except for the area in front of our recliner chairs and the traffic pattern. This area was not very dirty to start with so it did not clean well at all.

The carpets looked great, the guys were polite and professional, and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. I would recommend the company and have.

Punctual and professional but the stains did not come out of the carpet.

There were some problems with scheduling (i.e. I had a confirmed 10 am apptmt which was not kept) which the owner dealt with by providing free stair cleaning which was nice, but when I was told "the cleaner is on his way" I wasn't expecting it to be another 2 hours and 15 minutes before he arrived.... I ended up wasting my entire day waiting on this service and awaiting it's completion. I realize that this was an error of a new employee who was working the phone and the owner made an effort to alleviate the burden of this inconvenience, which was appreciated. Once the cleaner arrived, he was completely professional, efficient, and responsive to my concerns. While the carpet certainly looks cleaner, but some of the problem areas (cat puke, dog pee in particular :-/) are still clearly stained. If I had paid full price for this service, I would be p***** off... but I just paid Groupon price, so.... sadly, I think the intent of the Groupon, to gain my patronage, failed miserably, despite the owner's efforts to smooth things over. The stains I had were relatively new and had not been previously treated, so I hoped they would be eliminated.

The carpets in my rental were far beyond needing to be changed even when I moved in. Valet brought them back to life! Thanks so much for the great job done.

Good bargain. The cleaning was "dry" process, so the carpets weren't wet and smelly. Didn't take very long. They arrived about in the middle of the targeted time, were courteous. They don't move furniture, however, if you need that. Good recommendation.

They were a great crew. They were on time. It would have been a better experience had they vacuumed after the cleaning and helped move more furniture around.

The team arrived on time and were very professional. I had moved the small furniture and they were able to get right to work. They were polite and finished in about an hour. The carpet looked great and even better the next day. It's been over a month, and the carpets still look great!

$99 for "whole house 3000 sq ft or less" quickly escalated to $174 to deodorize and clean the stairs. No biggie- it's still a good price. The phone service makes a big deal about choosing a clean time via their website scheduling system, so that is what I did. I didn't get a call back until around a week later. The customer support rep asked me if I would like to schedule my visit. When I explained that I already made the online request he sounded confused. After he looked it up, he told me that neither of my 3 preferred weekday times would work. I then scheduled for around 4 weeks into the future for a Monday that would work on their end (when they were in my area). The cleaners stated our carpets were far cleaner (prior to the clean) than what they typically see. So we're not convinced they deodorized since we don't smell anything fragrant or pleasant. Nothing bad, just completely neutral. The customer support rep explained the process as being a "dry" process, (and it's in their company name) but there's really nothing dry about it. I'm not complaining- just not sure why they call a wet process dry. Apparently it isn't as wet as some other carpet cleaning processes used (like with steam cleaning for example). The carpets were dry 24 hours later. Our carpets definitely look cleaner but they go over an area pretty fast so don't expect them to work out any stained areas with "elbow grease". They are obviously very busy with all the coupons they are selling. The guys were very polite and punctual, but my wife noticed one of the guys urinated all over the toilet rim leaving a noticeable mess behind. No excuse for that. Their equipment broke down at the onset of the clean and they had to leave to go fix it which slowed things down by about 45 minutes. Again, not a big deal; these things happen. Just wanted to detail our experiences. As with most things, you get what you pay for. I think we received a reasonable level of quality (B) that we paid for ($99 + $75 for stairs and deo, totalling $174).

Used Angie's List special for 3 rooms. They did outstanding job and got out stains that others could not.

All went well from scheduling the appointment to the service provided. The technician, Harold, was on-time, personable and professional. I ordered the service for my mother who is 92 years young. So often the elderly are ignored, but Harold treated my mom like a queen. He had her smiling from ear to ear. Regarding the job, he did everything he was supposed to do. He spot treated several areas before the actual carpet cleaning. To complete the service, he used a smaller tool to clean the area near the baseboards. The carpet looked brighter and fresher. My mom and I were both pleased. We recommend Valet Dry Carpet Cleaning and would use them again.

It was an Angie's list special. I thought the company to be professional. They arrived at the appointed time, did a good job and I would use them again.
