Window Gang

Description of Work: Power washed entire house, including front porch and back patio. Very professional and they did a very thorough job.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters. First appointment they didn't show up. The second appointment they showed up a little late because job before me ran longer than expected. I had to call to find out if he was coming. When he arrived he was very professional and did a great job. There was even a bee's nest that he took care of. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Window Gang did a good job, but I did have trouble getting the size of the job into their heads. I have over 90 windows in my house and three stories. I used them several times and each time reminded them that this was a BIG job and they would need more than two people and that they would need a very large ladder. They never did bring a ladder large enough and would have to go back and get one. The job also took a couple of days because they did not bring enough people with them. The windows always looked great when they finished, but it was a long process!

Description of Work: Clean gutters

Description of Work: I had set up an appointment several days ago for them to clean my home gutters. The office person told me to expect them between 10:00 and 10:30 AM today, November 3 ,2011.. Having not seen them by 10:30, I called the office. They told me to hold why they checked with the crew. After several minutes, clerk came back on the line and told me "David" would call me from the present job site with an update. David called about 10 mijnutes later and told me he was at a job cleaning windows that was far bigger than anticipated and that he was alone with no help. He told me that he'd try and make it between 12:30 and 1:00. Some time after 1:00 he called and said he was just overwhelmed and cvould not get to me and that I should set up another appointment. Reluctantly I called the office. Got a voice mail recording. Gave them my name and number and asked that they call me back. It is now 6:00 PM and I have yet to get a call back. It is unbelievable that they did not anticipate the scope of work required by the window washing job of this morning. They apparently have little contril over their employees who are supposed to be assigned to these jobs. I do not know how they expect to stay in business.
