Window Gang

Since I used Window Gang last year, I decided to call them again and they did another great job this year! They power washed my house and screen porch as well as cleaned my gutters. They were not able to come out on my scheduled date due to weather but came out the next day because I was having an outdoor birthday party. They were very professional and thorough. I will continue yo use this company for my exterior and interior home cleaning needs.

They did a great job. Both guys showed up, assessed everything and promptly got to work. They did a very good job cleaning the front gutters, washing the windows and power-washing the house. It looked great when they were done. They were very courteous and professional.

When I called the Window Gang I spoke to Colette who arranged to have someone come out in a few days to give an estimate. She called back shortly to let me know that one of their service providers was on a job nearby and to ask if he could come do the estimate that afternoon. We were able to schedule the job for the following week. The 2 young men that came to do the work were very professional and courteous. When the job was complete they asked if I was satisfied. I did ask them to do a second rinse on some of the windows, which they gladly did. They also addressed my concerns about a few areas. They went a little above and beyond when they noticed I was trying to clean the outside porch rug on my driveway with the garden hose. They offered to give it a shot with the power washer, which I took them up on. (That may not have been a good idea for a good rug, but this was in such bad shape that I figured it couldn't make it any worse. The look of the rug did improve with their effort.) I would like the owners of this company to know that all 3 employees I dealt with were very courteous, professional, and an asset to their company.

Excellent service. Both the windows and blinds look great. All furniture was put back in place. The offer of a tip was refused. Will definitely use them again.

They did a great job, were very polite and even power washed my tree swing. I will use them again next spring.

The tech was on time. He explained the estimate and actually did the job the same day. He also explained what he found in my gutters which caused it not to work properly. He also discussed the stain on my window that would come off with a certain chemical. It took him 1.5 hours to do the entire job. I was so happy about the result; I called and set up an appointment to get my windows cleaned inside and out this weekend.

It was a great experience The gutters had been clogged for a long time before we bought this house and they are now working well. The power washing on the cement patio and front walk is a great improvement. The exterior of the windows (hand-done) are now sparkly clean. It was everything we requested and all done promptly.

These gentlemen worked constantly, not stopping the entire time they were here (3 1/2 hours). They were polite, well trained and very interested in doing a good job. The price seems a bit high, but the excellent job they did made it very worthwhile. We would certainly use this service again in the future.

Window Gang showed up on time and helped me move all my screened in porch and deck furniture so nothing would get damaged with water or chemicals. They reviewed the work to be done and started up. They worked solidly without stop for five hours straight. I have a large two story house on pilings, so many windows and areas were a challenge to get clean but the house looked wonderful when they were finished and every window had been hand-washed and sparkled. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them again next year.

The came at 8:00 am as they promise. Service took about 2 hours. The wash my roof and after they were done my roof looked like new. They were professionals and they didn't damage my plants.

Same day bid following initial call, work was completed next day, arrived as expected, work done with attention to detail, no clean-up on my part required. Will use them on a regular basis for gutter cleaning and/or window washing. No discount for Angie's List member, as previously mentionned in an earlier review.

Window Gang arrived as scheduled, began work immediately, and worked consistently til the job was completed. They were courteous, pleasant, and professional.

David showed up at 8:30, which was earlier than we had agreed and it was fine with me. He introduced himself and I showed him the work to be done. He went right to work on the upstairs windows and then moved to the downstairs windows. Insides done first and then he was joined by another gentleman, Chris I think and they went to work on the outside. I have to say that they were very efficient and got the job done in record time, but the best part is looking out my very clean windows! What a huge difference. I knew they were dirty, but it's unreal!! They cleaned up after themselves and gave me my receipt, shook hands and were on their way. They were just great.

It went fine, with the beginning introduction to a clear closure, with no mess left.

Used this company a couple of times. Very good.

The quality of the work was exceptional. I wasn't home for the service but when I got home everything had been done as promised.

On Sunday, September 23rd I joined Angie's List in order to find a company that could clean the gutters of our three story house (the garage being the first floor). After reveiwing the list of possible company's I decided to contact Window Gang. On Monday morning around 7:30 am, September 24th I called Window Gang. Ms. Keefer answered the phone and gave me a quote but I suggested that she may want to come out to the house and look at it. She said she could be here around 10:00 am. I mentioned to her that my neighbor was also interested in having there gutters cleaned and windows washed. Ms. Keefer came to the house and gave us and our neighbor a quote. She said if we could arrange to have the work done on the same day that she could give us a ten (10 )percent discount. We both scheduled the work for Friday, September 28, 2012. Window Gang showed up on schedule and not only did what we asked them to do but then did not hesitate to pressure wash our drive way as requested when they arrived on site. Our house looks like new and there are no more trees growing out of our gutters. My 4 year old son asked me who painted the driveway white. Window Gang did a great job for us and I would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Angie's List for providing a great service.

I hired them to clean the gutters of a foreclosure house that we had just purchased. They arrived on time (a little early actually). When they finished they explained that there was a spout that was not working and that they tried to fix but had to be replaced. They did a good job and were inexpensive. I say give them a try...

They were very good and did a good job. They were beautiful. I didn’t have any problems at all. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.

Window Gang does a good job. The price is rather expensive. The quality of service is excellent, and they don't make a big mess. They get done with the job when they are suppose to.
