Wes came to our home to look at our bathroom project. He was punctual, very professional, informative and friendly. I got a good impression right away. His office staff that worked with us on scheduling were also very nice and accommodating. When it came time for his staff to start the job, they arrived on time and were very courteous and respectful of the the newly layed floor tile. The fumes from the chemicals they used were strong but not horrible and didn't last too long. Plus they took care to ventilate as best as possible. After they finished, we inspected the tub and tile and overall they looked much better. They could have done a better job with the caulking as it was a tad messy in some areas. But Wes came out to inspect the work and he did a great job tidying up the caulking. Additionally, we had new glass shower doors installed a week later and unfortunately the intallers left a scratch and shoe marks in our newly coated tub. Ugh! We let Wes know about the situation and he graciously came out to touch up the damaged areas, at no extra charge. It looked great afterwards and we were very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness. Our tub and tile look new and shiny. Just great! Thanks Wes.

I called Surface Specialists because of cracking, slight give and noise in the base of a large garden tub. Also had removed a shower door and was left with large screw holes, also had pin holes and chips in the same master shower. Secondary hall bath had a previous bad repair around the drain. I was thinking the worst...we would have to replace all of these to make our house possibly market ready. I called Surface Specialists in the morning and Wes Colerider was here at the house about 3 hours later the same day. He gave me a good, fair estimate of the work. Wes returned on March 1, arrived at 7:30 am and the work was completed by 1:30 same afternoon. The repairs made were permanent solutions, not just a top coat. The tubs and shower are beautiful...just like new, and didn't need replaced. What a relief! Wes was very neat, efficient and cleaned up all work areas before leaving. Would definitely recomment Surface Specialists!

They were outstanding and you can give them the highest marks; they were wonderful. They did a super job, cleaned up everything and the color is right on target: it looks like a brand new bathtub. They did an outstanding job, the people were professional and I can't say enough good things about them. The price was competitive and I will use them again in the future.

This company is the one to use for your older bathtub resurfacing. Mine was in a rental house built in 1950. It used to have shower doors and had definately seen better days. He came on time, did the work and even replaced some hardware without an extra charge. The edge of the tub had cement-like ridges from the old doors and a previous renter had painted (?!?) the tub...it was in bad shape. Now, it is smooth as a baby's bottom and beautiful to look at.

He was able to explain to me how everything was and walked me through the whole process of what he and his company does. He cleaned the burned marks of cigarettes on my counters in my bathroom and did not even charge me that much. He was wonderful.

Estimate was given and contract submitted. All work was done in about 2 weeks. Resurfacing took about 3 days. Workers were very professional and pleasant. This is bathroom in a 70 year old house. All tile was pink and covered over half of bathroom walls. The bathtub had been ruined with acid drain openers. Bathroom looks great, sparkling white, and brand new. Received 5 year warranty and assurance of help with any problems encountered.

There are not many people who can do that type of work. We are thankful that we found him because he did such a wonderful job. He had a great price and did great work. I would recommend them to anybody who has this type of problems.
