Our tub looks like it is brand new! Before the work was done, our tub was peeling from a previous refinishing job, and looked and felt terrible. The technician was very professional and explained exactly what the job would entail. Everything was taped well and the rest of the tile and fixtures were kept clean. The tub looks beautiful and with a two year warranty, I feel very confident in their workmanship. Everyone from the person who spoke with me on the phone to the tech were polite and explained the process very well.

I could not be happier with the service I received. The tub looks great, and his price was fantastic.

He promptly started at 9 am and finished about 6:30 pm. He gave us his number so we could call him if we had any questions or concerns. And we did. We called him back to touch up a few places we new would give us problems. He promptly came back and fixed the tub to our satisfaction.

My bathtub looks good as new. The previous homeowner had the tub glazed and the glazed cracked off. I called the previous homeowner to get info. on what company she used so I could call to get service. She used some company that she couldn't remember anything about - exactly why the glaze cracked off because they weren't professionals, licensed, etc. Surface Specialists gave me a warranty certificate and information on what to do and not to do with my new tub glaze. I have contact numbers and all the information I need in case I ever need to call Surface back. They are professional. I am extremely pleased with the new tub and their work.

Surface Specialists Inc. were really great. They were professional. You couldn't tell the bathtub had been repaired. It looked like new.

I was very impressed with the results. If you didn't know that a liner/overlay was installed, you wouldn't even know it was there. Before the tub had give in the bottom, but feels solid now.

They can address any surface that you have. They can do small repairs. They can chip natural stones because it gets larger overtime. They did a great job and you cannot tell that it was there. They solved the problem. We were very happy. They solve issues with pavertine. They were very affordable.

Our builder called them and they came and gave an estimate. They came to do the work and then came back the next day as they didn't like the lighting and brought better lighting with them. I think it went smoothly and the office staff and owner were very pleasant answering my questions from long distance. I would definitely use them again should I need to!

They showed up on time and did a good work. Upto now it has has been good, I haven't had any problems that I am aware of with the work of anything. They guy did what he was supposed to and completed the thing on time. He was a courteous person. I don't have any complaints against them or anything like that. They did everything exactly the way they have told me they are going to do. They were very prompt and responsive to my needs. If the work holds up the way it appears to be then I would have no problem using them again in the future.

This is the second time this company has done work in my house on behalf of the manufacturer for a defect. They showed up on time, acted in a very professional manner, completed the work in a satisfactory manner and cleaned up when they were finished. I would definitely feel comfortable using them again. I can't comment on pricing as the bill was paid by the manufacturer.

This company has done several jobs for us in the past, and thy always do a great job. They spend a lot of time prepping the work to ensure a good finish, and when they are done, the tubs and showers look brand new or even better.

Have a stand up shower in our F.R.O.G. that is more than 25 years old. It is just plain gross, Loked at replacing it, but the cost was outrageous. Finally looked into resurfacing and noticed on Angie's List that everyone raved about Surface Specialists, so i gave Wes a call and he wasn't grossed out by the shower at all (guess he's seen worse). He did a careful inspection, noticed the squeaking base so we discussed fixing that as well. The proceedure of what would be done was explained, price was given and then we called to set up the date. No mess was left over when they were done (be ready for the smell the day they do it though) and the end result looks like new. It was beyond what I thought it would look like. Outstanding.
