Description of Work: Toilet repair, had been leaking and cost us a $300.00 water bill in 2 weeks. Works perfect now. Everything was completely explained to us.

Description of Work: We had a toilet tune up deal from Angie's list which we used on a leaky toilet. It was very easy to schedule the appointment, they came on time and did the service. Toilet was fixed and would recommend using them again !!

Description of Work: I used the Angie's list deal and got my a/c checked. The guy that came from smoaks was very friendly and he spend about 4-5 hrs checking out my unit. He also cleaned a fan that was in the attic and had mold on it. Glad he came! They did a great job and I would use them again!

Description of Work: fall cleaning of AC heat pump split system. Smoaks was exceptiionally good. I have used this company twice now and in the spring when my contract with another company expires I am going to get an annual contract with Smoaks.

Description of Work: Smoaks was on time. Walked me thru everything. I only bought one inspection package....so had them come back two weeks later to inspect the other unit. If I have any issues during the winter, I will call them first!

Description of Work: The thermostat on my AC unit was not working and therefore I was very uncomfortable in my home. I called Smoaks and within 24 hrs had a very polite serviceman come and take care of the issue for me. The price was extremely reasonable and I would suggest them to anyone seeking these services. I was very impressed with the honesty bc I could have been told it was a much bigger issue and I would not have known the difference as this is not my specialty.

Description of Work: From beginning to end my experience was wonderful. The technician showed up on time. No waiting all day like some service providers. Adam spent time going over my cooling / heating system. Making sure everything would be working for the coming cold weather. Took the time explaining what he did and what would be done the next service. He finished by explaining what I should do to keep everything working for some time to come. Other companies just want to sell a new system. The price for the three service calls is what others charge for two.

Description of Work: Very easy to schedule appointment. Al arrived on time, in fact, early. I used my voucher for diagnostic purpose...to determine what type of faucet I would need to replace my current one. He then brought in catalogs to look for a faucet, got an estimate for that and then gave me an estimate for the labor to do that installation. Nothing further is scheduled at this time.

Description of Work: Plumber was extrememly busy that day..came after 5:30pm which was ok. He had to replace the flapper which was an additional price because it wasn't covered under the $25 special. He was in and out within 15 mins. I have to hold the handle down for the toilet to flush everything which I hope is ok.

Description of Work: Had a "toilet tune-up" performed, in response to advertised special. The plumber replaced the float and stopper in a leaky toilet. He took the time to insure that there were no other problems and made adjustments so that the toilet worked efficiently.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon on Angies List for $49,99 to have Smoaks check out our A/C unit as I felt their was something wrong because we weren't getting the proper cooling in one of our rooms. Steve was right on time, (we received a call when he was on his way). He found that one a/c duct in the crawl space (attic) was completely shut (thus no a/c in the one bedroom). He replaced a coil and we also had to get more freon in the unit. He was here about 4 hrs. Wonderful experience and we will definitely have SMOAKS return - when needed. Thanks again

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time, was very polite and considerate, covered his shoes upon entering. He was very thorough, found the problem, had the part and replaced it on the spot. It has worked perfectly ever since. He offered me a maintenance plan, no hard sell, and I realized it was a great deal. I could not have been more pleased.
