they come out twice a year and service the system. they have been very responsive when we have an issue.

We have a service contract to keep up maintenance with Smoaks that we started 2 years ago. They are always on time and very thorough, explaining in written and verbal detail what services they performed on each visit and what their findings were. They have yet to suggest any repairs though our unit is already 7 years old. Since the contract we have not had to have any repairs though if they suggest them I will be sure that they are being honest with us. They missed a visit and upon our realizing this we found that we had changed both of our contact numbers with them and had not updated this info so the fault was really on our end. When I did inform them we only had a Saturday opening and though they do not perform maintenance contract services on the weekends they still came out and did the work. All in all these folks do a wonderful job.

Great company and very, very efficient in their work! Not only did they come out and look at my complete heating and cooling system in my home - they actually measured my square footage of my home, measured my windows and counted all the vents in my home, so they could get the exact calculations of my homes heating and cooling needs. After his calculations, he concluded I needed a 2.5 ton A/C unit and 85% gas furnance. He initially gave me a quote I was "shocked" over, but I then explained to him that this home was not the home I was going to be living in for the rest of my life (We're Military and will only live in the house for 3 years), and that amount of money would be impossible to recover in 3 years. He really tried to work with me and look for alternative units that not only would be less on our pockets, but still qualify for the government tax rebate. After looking over his book, he came up with a bid that was some $2,500 dollars less then the initial bid. Unfortunately, they don't do attic insulation, so that wasn't included in the estimate. I would have went with them, just because of their efficiency, but as I said before - this home is temporary and I'm trying to recover some of the cost over a 3 year period, so I'm forced to go with a lower bid. I would recommend this company!

Arrived at the scheduled time. Very pleasant to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable technician.

They recommended that I upgrade my system. They were punctual, they didn?t mess around once they got here, and they left no mess at all. I like that they are very close to where I live so I don?t have to wait for them to get here.

Things turned-out excellent! They were very professional.

Scheduled same day. Took a longer time to arrive than promised, but can't complain as I was desperate. Fixed issue within an hour. Very friendly and pleasant staff.

Came out within 1 hour of the call. After thorough check of the system, Pat completey explained the problem, and had the new part installed before noon the following day. There was no push to replace the system, nothing pushy about any of the process (very nice as opposed to other companies). We have an existing service contract with Smoak's and will definitely use them when it's time to replace the system.

We have a maintenance contract with them and they come out automatically. They call us to tell us that it's time to schedule. They are always here on time. Their price went up, as they are doing the general maintenance 3 times a year and they used to do it twice a year before. You also get discount for repairs when you are on a contract. There are no extra charges on holidays and weekends, as we have a contract with them. My overall experience with them has been good. When we bought the unit, I felt that the price that they charged was same as others that we had looked at. I haven't compared their prices with other companies. I shall continue to use their services in the future as well.

They we exactly on time. Gave me a written estimate on the work. Provided information on each job. Educated me on the systems without making me feel like an idiot. Both individuals were polite, considerate and efficient.

It was a good experience. Now we will have all the air and heat going into the rooms instead of between the floors.

This turned out to be better than I thought. Although we have to put up a new ceiling in the kitchen, at least we will have the ductwork done and we will put in new kitchen cupboards also. Now everything will be brand new.

They have done a really good job. Whenever something was wrong they would come out right away and help me with everything. They also explain things so I can do them on my own.

They came in a very timely manner, searched the house and all the plumbing, did the work and repairs professionally and in a fair amount of time and billed me a fair amount - less than I expected.
