Description of Work: I noticed that our water bill was higher than normal so I called Smoak's and they found the problem under the condo. A faucet had a slow leak. It was repaired and I thought all my plumbing problems were solved. The next day I had a sewer pipe crack under the condo. I called again and someone was sent out . The whole staff seems to be all connected and wanting to help. They calmed me down and everything was repaired. They are all very well mannered and so helpful We had them do repiar work for us in 2008 so this was the only plumber that we will call.
