Unfortunately we had to replace Three Garage Doors due to the shoddy materials used by the manufacturer/installer of the original doors who is now out of business (no surprise). We got three quotes for the job and while Overhead Door was not the low bidder we chose them due to their reputation and prior experience. Our experience this time was excellent made even more so due to the professionalism and expertise of the installer. I would highly reccomend them.

I did not use this company because Southeaster had put the previous door on and gave me a slightly better price. The sales staff was very professional & understood my reasons for not choosing them.

Overall it was good. I didn't actually meet with the salesman p[personally. He came out and looked at the job when I wasn't home. I spoke with him on the phone and that actually led to a miscommunication as to how I wanted the tract run. They did the work and it looked really good but the tract wasn't the way I wanted it. I called them back and they had to order some parts and they came back and did it the way that I wanted at the same price. In the end it turned out fine; it just took a little longer. I was really pleased with the work they did and the price.

Technician arrived as scheduled and did an outstanding installation and cleanup. The door works better than ever.

Overhead responded quickly to our call, quoted the installation of the new door we selected, and removed our old door and track. The installation was quick and well done. Overhead honored the Angie's List coupon, and the final bill was exactly what we were quoted.

The technician replaced sensors, and the door now closes fine using remote or wall panel button. Came the day after my call. I have used them before and have always been satisfied.

They said it would cost $300, but it came up to $285. They did extra little things and the service man oiled the other garage door. They came out did the estimate and the work and it was all very efficiently done. I would highly recommend them to others. It was interesting because when the garage door broke at 4 o?clock on Friday and we looked at the list and we had a coupon and we looked at the rating they had. We felt comfortable calling them because they said that they were prompt, were better priced and we were very happy with the job they did.

We had a very good experience. The company responded almost immediately to both calls. fixed the problem quickly and guaranteed their work. We would use them again.

My experience with Overhead Door was great. I called late Friday and received a follow-up call Monday morning in which I scheduled an in-home estimate. I received my estimate, including the Angie's List discount, and scheduled the work for the next day. I did not have to be home for the work, which was a plus, and when I came home the following day, PRESTO! my garage door opened with the touch of a button. Everything was as I left it and the only evidence of them being there (other than my door opening) was the scent of fresh lubricant on my door's moving parts. Excellent work and professional service.

Lance was on time for the original diagnostic appointment, gave the estimate and ordered the parts. The parts came in on time, the repair visit was scheduled. He was on time for the repair visit, replaced the parts, checked the system to make sure everything was working properly, and cleaned up his work debris, all within an hour. He was very knowledgable and friendly, answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.
