Number 1 Home Inspector

Great. Very impressive.

It was a pleasure to work with Michael. He was on time and started the exterior portion of the inspection immediately. He took his time and was very thorough. He inspected all exterior siding, utility penetrations, gutters, soffits, roof system, vents and the garage. He spent a significant amount of time on top of the roof and didn't miss a thing. He looked for the source of a problem instead of just documenting it. The interior inspection was equally thorough. He inspected all a/c and heating equipment, appliances, electrical outlets, plumbing, caulking and lights. He spent a lot of time in the attic looking at the insulation, a/c system and overall construction. I was present for the entire inspection and Mr. Hughes was very patient answering my questions and making sure I was aware of what problems might be serious and what were not. He took the time to go over the entire report in detail again at the end of the inspection. I never felt he was rushing or overlooking anything. He made it a point to make sure I saw what he saw and understood its significance. I will use Number 1 Home Inspector again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, complete home inspection at a fair price. You won't be disappointed.
