Description of Work: They never return my call for service and cost. I don't know how their service would have been. They didn't see a need to return my call

Description of Work: They put in a new 200A breaker box to replace the old 150A box,and ran a new power line from the meter to the box. When the elec. work was completed they repaired any holes they had in order to access it and cleaned up.-very nice job

Description of Work: They rewired most of my house to change 2-prong outlets to 3-prong grounded ones. They were reliable and punctual. They did everything they said they would and the overall quality was high.

Description of Work: This info and service was for a neighbor. After ice storms appliances wouldn't work, thought it was wiring problem. Service person found no damages to the wiring. Surge blow out TV, Microwave, other small appliances. Evaluation was need for House Insurance Company. No electrical work needed.

Description of Work: The repairman had genuine concern for our safety and home. Was able to determine the A/C had shorted out from a previous storm and showed me the problem. Great Service

Description of Work: Jeff and his crew have helped me three times in four months since we bought our new house for both improvements and service calls. Jeff is very responsive to my requests and arrives when he says he will. His crew are very professional, clearly communicate what needs to be done, and keep things tidy while they work. Most importantly, Jeff is up front about his costs and doesn't try to add on unnecessary charges. He treats me like an old friend. I will be using New Power Electrical again soon when I renovate my kitchen. Thanks Jeff!

Description of Work: I used the services of New Power Electrical Services. He ran a new outlet and a new line back to my box. I am a potter. I had to hook up my kiln and it requires a heavy duty outlet. So he put in a new outlet and new lights downstairs.

Description of Work: Our experience with New Power was excellent. A bid was provided which was professional and covered all the needs we provided to them. New Power provided a schedule which met our needs and was on site as promised. Jeff and Rob knew their busiiness, was professional in their approach and all went accordingly to plan. When issues came up--normal in a remodeling- they discussed with us in detail the options available and handled accordingly. Jeff and Rob were easy to work with. Their concern for us the customer was very evident throughout the process. A minor issue came up after the job completion and a call was made. Their response was exceptional within an hour after the call. New Power is about establishing relationships with their customers----hard to find today.
