Description of Work: They serviced the dehumifier in the crawl space and checked on the condition of the work that was done previously.

Description of Work: Due to their scheduling and a ill employee, they didn't get here to assess the situation, however, once they did get here they worked diligently to complete the work professionally and promptly.

Description of Work: Mr. Tully inspected the crawl space, did not test me to death but made sure all the areas I wanted tested were done. 100% trust worthy and professional. Based on the service Ive recieved, I think the price is a steel. There is no doubt in my mind everything is being done correctly and better than any other service. I would absolutely use Moisture Control Experts again and refer them to everyone I know.

Description of Work: They got ride of the mold development on my sink.

Description of Work: On 8/22/07, I contacted Mr. Tully from Moisture Control Experts about a mold smell in our home. We first noticed the smell at the beginning of the summer but it had gotten worse to the point my wife was getting headaches. I inspected the house and found some black mold growing behind our hot water heater. I searched the internet and found Moisture Control Experts advertisement and gave them a call. Mr. Tully came to my home that evening. He inspected under the house and found a leak in the water supply line to the water heater. He took six mold test (four air samples and two slides) to see how far the mold had spread. Fortunately, the mold was limited to the laundry room area. Two days later his crew showed up. They contained the area, removed the mold damaged wall, wiped down the interior wood beams and fogged the surrounding wall cavities with mold killer.
