Had a double window unit replaced along with rotten siding/ trim. Workmanship was top notch, and I'm very happy with the result. They showed up on time each day, kept work area clean, and communication was good. Would definitely hire again in the future.

I work in the new construction industry and know how hard it can be to find good/quality workmanship. Steve and his team do an outstanding job, keep you up to date on the progress of the project and stand behind their work. I recently had Michaels Construction come repair a previously poor repair job that another contractor completed in the past. The previous contractor didn't repair the job correctly and therefore led to even bigger problems. Steve and his team clearly laid out the problems and provided clear solutions. The work was completed in a timely fashion and on budget. I'd highly recommend Michaels Construction!

Prepped prime reparied entire exterior which inclide pressure washing of structure. Also painted interior ceilings. Included all cracked and rotten siding/trim/window sills. Replaced awing widow at one bathroom. Rebuilt chimney which included vapor lining and new siding. This project was top notch and they consistently showed up on time. They rescheduled several times to accomodate our schedule. We highly recommend Michaels Construction. Very professional and highly skilled.

Steven Michael has a great company that delivers excellent workmanship throughout the project . My new deck is a 5 star product,from framing to every cut of the decking. I have had many construction projects done over the past 30 years in different states and this quality was the best. I decided to give the guys a tip and ask Steven how he would recommend the split. Amazing , no ego or selfishness . He split the money equally . Great example of a true leader and character . QUALITY COMPAMY.

I found Michael's Construction online after trying several handyman services for my small projects. Michael's Construction was so professional--they knew what they were doing and did it right! I met with Steven, he gave me a very reasonable price, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. The quality of the work is by far better than any of the handyman services I used before.
