We came home from out of town to find our dog had diarrhea on the carpet. It sat over night. I called Lowcountry Citrus Solution in a panic and they came over the same day. They were able to get out all the stains. They are awesome. Friendly and on time. I have used them many times and each time they have been able to get out stains that I thought were impossible to get out. Thanks!!! Lowcountry Citrus Solution!!!!

He was terrific. He did a lot of carpets for us and he did some for free. He was very good and he was able to get rid of some pet stains as well which were a trouble. He also left a bottle for spot cleaning. The price was very good and fair.

The gentleman from Citrus Solutions arrived on time and got to work right away. He was polite and very professional.He was able to remove stains that another carpet cleaning service (a steam cleaning service) could NOT do.It took only about 45 min to complete and the carpet looks great and smells wonderful.Not only did the citrus process clean better than that "other" service, it dried much quicker than the steam cleaning.

Recently bought a 15 year old house. Carpets were in fairly good shape so we decided to have them cleaned before moving in furniture. A friend of ours recommended Lowcountry Citrus Solution and I found they had an "A" rating on Angie's List. Since we live out of state, we had to deal with the company by long distance. Randy Stuckey was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable so we decided to have him do the work. When we arrived at the house we were extremely satisfied with the job Randy had done. We will definitely use his services in the future and I have no reservations in recommending him to our friends.

$80 was an excellent price for the job they did, and they did a fantastic job. They are very dependable, and they do a great job. They're definitely the only one I recommend, I'm in the upholstery business, and I see a lot of them first hand.

I called for cleaning my couch and a rug. They came the next day. They did an excellent job on the couch and rug.

The cleaning was scheduled within a week of my call. They could have done it sooner but my schedule dictated the time frame. The estimate was very fair and that was the final charge. Randy came on time and was very professioal. All the carpets looked great when he finished. Two of the rooms I was thinking about replacing the carpet but I don't think I will have to since Randy got the carpet so clean. The citrus smell is also very nice. I will definitely use the company again and recommend others use it.I have used other carpet cleaning companies who charge more and did not produce the same high level results.

Overall a first class experience

First off, Randy visited my apartment and provided an estimate to perform the work that was identical to the bill I got. This was a refreshing feeling from other carpet cleaners Ive hired in the past who pulled a bait and switch on me. I had some stubborn wine stains and normal wear and tear on the carpets/couches that normal vacuuming was not doing the trick on. I had tried different cleaning solutions myself but it only made it worse. He moved all my furniture into position and ensured he got to every last crevice to make the furniture and carpet look brand new. A few hours of professional work on his end and my apartment was smelling and looking great. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to hire him again in the spring. He even accommodated me on a Sunday!

I find this service to be the BEST VALUE that I have had experience with. Every experience is even better than the one before. The fact that the solution is not harmful is an added value. This method dries so quickly, smells fresh and the carpets and rugs perk up and look GREAT!

It was a very pleasant experience. They are very professional. My couches look great, like new. One of my favorite parts of having Low Country Citrus Solutions clean my carpets and couches is the wonderful Citrus scent in my house when they are finished. I have used this company many times and will continue to use it exclusively for my carpet and furniture cleaning needs.

Randy Stucky, owner of Lowcountry Citrus Solutions, is very professional, honest and does a great job on the carpets, this system is the best I have experienced. He is on time, courteous and when he leaves everything is cleaned up and neat. I have referred him to several of my clients and other agents in the office have used him as well. Always a superior review of his work by everyone. If you have not used this company or experienced this method of cleaning you need to do so, I believe you will be impressed.

We scheduled a cleaning in July of this year to have all bedrooms, halways, dining room, living room and entrance way cleaned. We do this at least once a year due to issues our family has with allergies. We called and scheduled an appointment and we we're told exactly how much we would have to pay so there was no bait and switch. There we're two guys that showed up including the owner and they we're very punctual showing up a few minutes before the actual appointment to introduce themselves. They got to work and got the job done and the carpets looked fantastic. I was expecting the cleaning to take four or five hours of running fans in the house but they said they use a different type of solution that drys quick. The house smelled good and the carpets we're stain free. They did a terrific job. Also, our kids who normally sniff and sneeze had no problems for several months after the cleaning. Definitely will be using LowCountry Citrus Solution again!
