Description of Work: We had them spray for bugs and do a termite inspection after purchase of the house. We now have a monthly agreement to spray for bugs. |We have been very pleased with all aspects of Ledford's service.

They are very punctual and professional. They are very great to work with. I would use them again in the future.

It was pretty easy. We called and made an appt. On the day of the appt., the technician was a few minutes early (perfect - 15 minutes early is "on time" in my book). She came in and explained everything to us. She also seemed very knowledgeable about bug infestations. It took about 30 minutes to spray the inside, outside, and garage. We have not seen a bug (at least a live bug) since. I took some of the technician's business cards so I can pass them out to friends.

They were very good. They were punctual. Their products seem to work. I am usually good for a couple of years before I call them back. Their price was good to spray indoors and outdoors as my house is quite big.
