Description of Work: Resurface wood floor. They did a great job.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile and grout in 2 small baths. Then sealed grout with colored product. They were very responsive with their communication with us. We are pleased with the results. The baths had tile in good condition but the grout was very dirty. The floors look new!

Description of Work: I paid $99.- for up to 150 sqft of hardwood floor refinishing knowing that our kitchen is approx. 250 sqft. I fully expected to pay an additional fee for the overage. When the Service provider arrived at my house, my wife called me and said that the service was for cleaning and not refinishing. The man with her got on the phone and expalined to me the exact same thing. I told him that the ad clearly stated, dustless sanding, refinishing with one coat of waterbased odorless polyurethane. Either way I asked to get an estimate which on 1/15/2016 had not yet received (2 weeks after consult) Finally on 1/18/2016 I received an estimate of $1250.-. No details, just the amount. I asked for a refund on 1/22/2016 but have not heard back from anyone since.

Description of Work: Great job of cleaning carpet!!

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets but it didn't smell as nice as the other guys and there were dirty footprints left on the kitchen floor where they got the water. Just minimal things,but I liked the other guys better.

Description of Work: Did a good job, floor looks like new. The original Angie's List Big Deal, does not cover a "Big Deal" of area, so be prepared to pile on extra money. Overall though, I would say it was definitely worth it!

Description of Work: Ben is very professional and thorough. In order to make the refinishing look the same throughout the living area, I decided to increase the square footage to refinish. I was a bit surprised by the increase in cost. The job was done without any debris or severe odor from the process. Ben offered to return after I viewed the finish in a couple of days if I needed any touch-up.

Description of Work: Ben came and cleaned and re-applied protective coating to a large section of my wood floors, it looked good as new. He was on-time and work was completed same day as promised. I would highly recommend, will definitely have floors done again thru him when needed in the future.

Description of Work: He used a buffer/sander with a vacuum attachment to clean the surface. He then washed the hard wood floors. Following that he put a coat of water based polyurethane down. The total cost addressed the fact that I had three rooms done and the original deal only addressed one.
