Great experience with Deaville Roofing in replacing my roof! John was super prompt in getting back to me and scheduling my initial estimate. He also was quick to schedule construction to start. John went above and beyond for us to get everything squared away timely and professionally. The crew showed up on time and worked hard for 1.5 days and the roof was done! Deaville’s pricing was fair with no hidden expenses! Would definitely recommend working with Deaville Roofing.

John and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof after it was damaged from hail. They are friendly, great to work with, replaced the roof in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves! We will hire them again for any roofing OR construction jobs needed!

John was great getting us samples, explaining the process, and offering options. After deciding on the job, it was only a few days before work started. The job had a delay and we were up against guests joining us at the end of the week. The crew started bright and early Wednesday morning and worked straight through until night. They were amazing. Due to winter, they were short an hour+ of time to finish in one day. Rain began the next day at 3AM and was supposed to go all day. The crew ended up waiting for clear spots in the storm to finish the small amount of work left and had us complete by mid-day Thursday. New roof looks great.

John D of Deaville Roofing and Construction was a pleasure to work with. Professional, responsive and does great work for a fair price. Among the very best contractors I have hired during my 13 years in the Lowcountry. I would gladly hire them again.

John came to my house 10/5/18 and took measurements for three windows to replace the pediments. He said he would email me the quote, but never did. I called him on 10/8/18 and got a quote of $570 and told him to go ahead and place the order. I called again 10/15/18, 10/26/18 looking for a status update of the order and was told they were not in yet and he would call me when they came in. I called again 11/2/18 and was told they came in the wrong size and he had to send them back. He assured me they would be ready next weekend. I then got a letter from my HOA complaining about the tarp that had been over my front window for a month to protect the house from rain until the pediment could be replaced. I called John 11/7/18 and left a message stating that I needed to schedule a time for him to come out that weekend to complete the project because my HOA was complaining. He never got back to me. I wasted a month waiting on John to complete this project only for him to flake out on me. The damaged window pediment is still exposed and now I need to start this process over and wait another couple weeks for another contractor to get the parts in. John has been incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. This project is clearly not a priority for him.

I had an excellent experience with John of Deaville Roofing. Based on the home inspection report when I bought my house, my insurer was requiring me to get repairs done by a licensed roofer. Um, the repairs were done by a contractor before I closed on the house so I hired Deaville to inspect the roof and write a report on its condition. I called on Wednesday and John was able to fit me in on Thursday, which was extremely important to me. . He did the inspection, made 3 extremely minor repairs (one nail pop and 2 small nicks in the flashing around two exhaust pipes), and wrote the report. I need to get the roof on the stand-alone garage replaced and John gave me a quote for that as well. I will definitely be having Deaville do that work as soon as I sell my old house.

We can’t say enough about the great and HONEST service we received from John! He came to take a look and assess our problem within five hours of our first call. He arrived as scheduled, was professional and got right to business to determine where our leak was originating. He quickly found several small problems, showed and explained them to us, and offered to repair all issues immediately at a very reasonable cost. The day before we had another company out that tried to convince us to let him see our insurance policy, so he could get us a whole new roof (on our ten year old home) from the “hail damage”. We sent him away and called John the next day. John inspected our entire roof, found it to be in great shape except for the few small problems he identified and repaired, and found no hail damage. He also generously provided us with his professional knowledge and product recommendations for a future project. We highly recommend John and Deaville Roofing.

Awesome company! I had gotten many quotes ranging from $200 to $300 to replace ONE shingle on my roof. Mr. Deaville did the job quickly, competently and for a great price. I am selling the house, so the job needed to be done asap to comply with the buyers requests. I had previously contacted 3 other roofers over the course of two weeks and all said they would do the job but for one reason or another backed out, two without even contacting me. I would definitely hire Deaville Roofing again and recommend to anyone needing repairs.

Working with John Deaville was a pleasure. Out of the companies that I called to get a quote he was the only one that showed up and walked the roof to get me the most clear quote. His company was very easy to work with and the roofers replaced shingles on my house and garage all in one day. They worked very hard to make sure that all my hedges and flowers where protected and did a fine job cleaning up when the job was complete. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Deaville representative (John) came out when scheduled, looked at roof and gave an estimate. Called him back that afternoon and scheduled work to be done next day. Next day, Deaville representative (John) called said he was helping another customer get loan to replace his roof, and would be out next day. Next day came, and no word from Deaville roofing. Called John and left messages, and called him the following day, and he told me "Chris" was suppose to do the work, and John would have Chris call me in 30 minutes to schedule job. Never heard from Chris or John. Deaville appears to be unreliable, over-promises, and does not do what they claim. I would not waste my time calling this company

John and crew did my roof and windows in the summer of 2016. he is an Owens Corning approved pro and I have a great warranty on my roof. Now I want to talk to him about a skylite in my kitchen.

I'm very pleased with the new roof Deaville roofing did on my home , John the owner come out and gave me a quote the same day I called. Then when I called to have work done , within 2 buissnes days my roof was striped off and a new roof was put on that same day. The crew was very polite and eager to work with me. The Crew went to great leinghts to protect my home by laying out tarps and covering shrubs . The job was preformed eficantly, professional and fast. Mr. Deaville came to my house after I called him. He was actually on time, where a couple contractors didn't show up at all. Mr. Deaville climbed on the roof and informed me that the roof was in need of replacement and it most likely could be covered by insurance. He called in a claim for us and met my adjuster and we got a brand new beautiful roof for only our deductible. We are so happy with our new roof and skylights that no longer leak. I would recommend his company to everyone and anyone who is looking for a contractor for roof issues. We are going to talk to him next about having our windows done.
