It was very good. One of their people made a big and wondrous mistake when they were digging and putting in the bait trap and they came and honored it and fixed it. They went above and beyond and they even brought the head guy in and he profusely apologized. If something wrong happens, they will make good on it. I like their promptness and I like the fact that when they said that they were going to do something, they did it and that their word was done. As least as far as we were concerned, they stood by it. The only fact to say is that one of their employees hit one of our pipes and wasn’t honest about it and they ended by paying the big price for being dishonest because the company believes in honesty above everything else. They actually came back and rechecked the service. Their service is a guaranteed service as long as you re up every year. Somebody who created this formula so it’s backed up by this company and by the person who made the product and so it’s guaranteed for as long as you use the service if you get termites, they automatically come in and fix anything that was damaged because this is a guaranteed service. We were very happy with them. They were very friendly. They were above and beyond aboard and they believe in being honest. Their price is basically the best. If we need spray for mosquito or whatever else, we will definitely use them. They are excellent and they provided excellent and prompt service.

The technician Fletcher Gibbs was great, he went thru every procedure with us and explained every detail. We were very impressed with Mr. Gibbs and the ALLGOOD company from the first call making the appt. to the appt. We are new to the area and looking forward to ALLGOOD company being our Pest Control, we even signed a year Contract with them. GO COWBOYS !

There were termites in a rental property we have. The technician treated the affected portions of the dwelling, including the crawl space. They then placed bait traps along the outside of the dwelling.

Always well. Will retreat if needed (have not needed). Allgood always calls ahead to make appointment and they arrive at scheduled time. I have the same employee each visit.

So far--so good! We built our house 9 years ago and they have provided the termite protection since then.

The exterminator arrived on time and was friendly and personable. It felt like I'd known him a long time. I really appreciate that in a company-- especially when they're coming into your home. He was very clear on what he was doing and did a great job!

I have used Pied Piper Of South Carolina for all my pest control services. The management has been very responsive any time I have called them. At one time I had some termite damage and my contract covered the damage. This visit they came out to do the quarterly treatment. About a month ago they came out and they have a new technique where they put pods into the ground that I have tried with them. This process eliminates them coming out as often to treat. It is to early to know the results of this technique. The price for the pest control is competitive with other pest control companies in the area. They are very professional and I feel safe with them being in my home.

It went well; they are nice. They came right away, took care of the problem and come every two months. They are a little pricey.

They come when they saying they are coming. They come on time. They also do terminate inspections. They check all around my home as well.
