Speedy service. They have since come back a year later to check on bait stations and put new bait in and am on a monthly payment payment plan which is convenient and reasonable.

When I called them and asked them to came out to do it and show me where they treated they couldn't do it. The guy basically refunded my house because I don't think they treated my house. He couldn't prove he treated my house so he gave me my money back. As far as I know he didn't do the work so he gave me a full refund. I paid $900 when I closed on my house and I filled out a form on Angie's List stating this guy didn't do what he said he did. I went to this guys business which was his home. He came out to my house, we started walking around. He said usually what they do is they do is this, I asked usually what they do, who is they. He said it is him and another guy. I said did you treat my house, because at first he said he did treat my house then he said he didn't. If you ask me it was all a scam. As far as I know it was and that is why he refunded my money. I wouldn't use them and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I had to go to the guys house, he wasn't there. He told me he was going to come to an appointment and he didn't show. I want to be very specific when I say this, to the best of my knowledge they did not do the work. When asked to come out here and prove they did the work they couldn't so he refunded my money.

So far, I have no complaints and the service has been good. The staff are always pleasant and responsive to my calls.

Company contacted me very quickly. They came out within a week. They were early for their appointment so he was finished by the time I arrived home. He was professional and informative. Customer service emailed me an agreement and bond info within days. This is a fantastic deal and I'd recommend this company (and have) to everyone.

It was awesome! The vendor did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and why. I felt very comfortable with his work and overall professionalism. It was a job well done and I was very pleased.

It cost nothing. They were good all the way. They actually had people come from Savannah to Charleston to check and make sure there wasn't any damage. They spent eight hours here, two guys working on the house. They did a good job. They were thorough. I was actually with another company. They bought out the company that I was with here in Charleston. So it's the same people that I've been dealing with for several years. But they're now part of Allgood.

The Superior provider at the time was nice but the service varied from great to marginal. I paid for traps to be checked 3 times per year and sometimes they weren't. When I found outdoor termites I saw responsiveness. Since the mergers it's been rudeness and all about quick sales. The new "partner" rudely said because I didn't sign the blank contract I lose my appointment ( we had a time issue of scheduling on Friday for Monday). Too bad a good service oriented guy has gone to greed

First time customer with Allgood. Took advantage of a special discount offer they were offering at that time through Angie's List. Made online inquiry and they responded almost immediately. Got an appointment for the very next day. Professional and friendly technician arrived on time, was very thorough in treating inside and outside of home, and gave me good advice and info about the pest problem we were having. Would definitely use Allgood again!

The technician, Tyler, prompt and showed up at the appointed time. He even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. It was hot as Hades outside that day and he performed an exterior pest control treatment and even removed spider webs that were on the outside of the house to help make the pest control treatment more effective. That was an added bonus in my book as most technicians likely would have just sprayed the perimeter and left given that the temp outside was close to 100 degrees and the heat index had it feeling like 110 outside. He took the extra step without prompting. Moreover, since I have infants, he was courteous enough to not ring the doorbell and to softly knock so as to make sure he didn't wake the babies up in case they were sleeping. That was huge in my book as I have had countless people not even pay attention to the note that is right next to the doorbell asking them to not ring it because of the babies. Its the little things in my book! Would definitely recommend Allgood Pest Solutions...

He arrived on time and explained the service he was going to provide. He quickly got to work and was done very quickly. Upon inspection, I was very pleased with the installation. He wiped his feet prior to entering my home and explained the paperwork prior to my signing.

First technician was over an hour late to assess the home for potential live termites, however I found him to be understanding of the 100 year old home's history and honest in relaying that he did not find active termites. Booked Real Deal via Angie's List and received prompt and courteous responses from Amber who scheduled the actual treatment. Second technician was on time and delivered paperwork to an alternate address, as requested. There was a snafu in the marking of the paperwork, but Service Supervisor Phil worked diligently to get that corrected, despite being short-staffed. The amended paperwork was once again delivered to the alternate address and the home closing went off without a hitch. I plan on using Allgood when my termite contract with Terminix expires at my current residence. Their prices, customer service, follow thru/resolutions cannot be beat!

We have been using the company since May 2014. They do a fabulous job and stand by their work. If they make a mistake they will come right back out to correct it free of charge. The technicians are friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions you have. Their service works great and keeps the pests away. Their pricing is very fair. It is very easy to schedule them out whenever we need. They usually come out in no more than 5 business days.

I have been satisfied with their services over the last 40 years. They are a family owned business. The service works fine and seems to keep the pests away. They coordinate with us well with scheduling. We have dogs that need to stay out of the yard while they are here and they make sure to tell us when they are coming. They are always on time. They tell us to call if we ever have any other problems. They are contentious and friendly.
