Excellent. No complaints or recommended improvements

It went great. They came out to give me an estimate. The price was reasonable, and they did exactly what they said they were going to. They made a great suggestion, rerouting all the pipes, so we could put it in my attic.

The rep was very polite, but the price was out of line.

They did an excellent job and I really appreciated how quickly they sent somebody out to fix the problem. I called one afternoon and they had someone here the next morning.

They were prompt and right on time. They were very friendly too. They came out the next day and worked until noon. By noon they had both commodes in and plumbed. They also left very little mess. They tried very hard not to ruin paint jobs and so forth.

One contractor came and told us that we had to tear off one shower just to fix the other one. However, these guys figured out a way to go in through another wall and not tear off the shower. They did the whole repair for a few hundred dollars wherein the other contractor quoted thousand dollars. They were just awesome and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. They will give an honest rate.

They came the same day I called. After I explained the problem with the leaking pipe, I was told exactly how much I'd have to pay. I thought the price was a little high, but I told him to do the job. He repaired the pipe - actually had to remove part of the damaged pipe, put in a rubber sleeve, added new pvc pipe, and completed the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased and glad that I had Blitch do the job. Even though I thought the cost was high, I'm glad I had them do the job, and if I had to do it over again, I'd call Blitch.

I came home late on a Friday evening to find crack in the holding tank of toilet in first floor powder room and a split in the feeder line. I had water leaking onto floor and into the garage below home. I shut the emergency water valve off; next morning I called Blitch. They sent the oncall plumber within several hours. He repaired the line so water could be restored to the rest of house. Charge approximately $150.00. On Monday, two plumbers installed a new Kohler toilet-good work by two very professional and good guys. Charge approximately $425.00. Easy to work with their office people on the telephone. They gave a 10% senior discount to my Dad. Would hire them everyday.

Plumber arrived within time frame originally quoted, actually a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He quoted me the price before beginning the work. Work was performed efficiently and he answered all of my questions.
