Blitch has been around for a while and they're probably one of the best plumbers in the area. They're very professional and they come out and do just the work that needs to be done. They charged me what they said they would and they don't pad their price. It's nice that they charge by the work too and not by the hour like most plumbers.

You know they showed up when they were supposed to and performed the service. There was nothing bad about it. There was nothing I remember as being objection or something they should have done differently. I thought the price was a little high, but I don't remember exactly what it was. I would certainly consider using them again.

They cleared out a clogged up plumbing line. It was an emergency on a Sunday so it was a higher price. It was a fair price.

They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They worked steadily and the work was of good quality. A quote from another company was higher and included digging up pipelines in the yard to complete the work. Blitch assured me that was unnecessary and completed the job in 2 days.

It was pretty expensive. They did a good job. They were very responsive. They were on time. I thought their price was rather high, but they were here and I still had them go ahead and do it. It was not normal installation because it required extra work. I just watched them do it. They had the parts with them. They ended up having to call in an extra guy to get the water heater in position, but they did what they needed to do to get the job done.

Job went wonderfully. The plumbers arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and completed the job in a timely manner. They also were great to talk with as we waited for the the tank to drain.

Called Blitch Plunbing after I got a call that my front yard was flooded. They were there within 30 to 45 minutes and found the problem and repaired it.

The Contractor took longer than expected between rough-in and final, no complaints from Blitch. They were very easy to deal with. Had 1 "emergency" leak they were at the jobsite within 15 min of me calling and had it repaired in no time. We also had an inspection issues on the contractor side but Blitch was there to help in any way they could. They are very reassuring. No drama, whatever the problem they had the experience to help solve it. Highly recommend using them again.

It was Thanksgiving day, so we needed an emergency service so that we could use our kitchen sink again. Our efforts to take apart the P trap and snake out the drain did not work. So we called Blitch based on Angie's list recommendations and their availability. Their plumber, James was extremely professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and had the drain unblocked within half an hour. My wife was extremely happy to have her kitchen back in time to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Because it was a holiday, of course we paid on-call/holiday rates. It was well worth the extra cost, otherwise, we were eating at Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving. Thank you, Blitch and James for being there to help!

Got a call from the office, asking if he could come earlier. He had finished a job earlier than expected, so I agreed that he could and Daniel arrived around 9:30.Very polite and professional. Said he had been with Blitch for 10 years.

The front of my hard was waterlogged, and Blitch gave a very high quote just to come out and diagnose the problem ($336). The rate was stated only after the technician arrived at my house - he explained that this was due to possibly needing to dig up the water meter which was potentially blocked by tree roots (there indeed was a tree nearby). The price is by far the highest I have ever been charged for a diagnosis. However, it also took almost a week to schedule them, and I just wanted to get on with the repairs. I was also assured that the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the eventual repair work. It turns out the meter was right below the surface of the grass, and it took just 15 minutes to open the cover and check it. The meter was not spinning, meaning that the leak was coming from the city side of the meter, and hence there was no repair work to do. When I pointed out to the plumber that $336 for 15 minutes of work seemed a bit high, his attitude was pretty much one of "gotcha". He said that if I didn't pay they would get lawyers to come hound me. A very unpleasant experience. Update: The company responded on the Angie's list site (as you can see below), which I appreciate. The company also canceled the charge, judging by the fact that it did not show up on my credit card bill. I also appreciate that very much. Judging by the owner's response, it seems to me this is a good company with one bad technician, or perhaps one technician who decided on that particular day that he wasn't going to be even the slightest bit flexible with me.

I have used Blitch Plumbing in the past and was pleased with their work. I called to request an evaluation and some work on a DIY bathroom renovation project. We wanted to get someone quickly as we were on a time line. Brandi scheduled us for 8:30am on Thursday 8/13. When no one showed up by 9am, I called Blitch to see what was going on. It seems there was a scheduling mix up and we were put down for 8:30am on Friday 8/14. There were no other plumbers available to come out on Thursday. This set our work back by an entire day and we were not pleased at all. On Friday, our doorbell rang at 7:30am - a full hour before the plumber was to arrive. We were still in bed and in our pajamas. I was happy to see someone had shown up but wish we had gotten called first regarding the change in time. James was the plumber who came out on Friday 8/15. He was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job with the project.
