Went quick, he was professional and through. Didn't leave a mess behind. He answered all my questions, and gave me things to look for in the future.

Installation was painless. The plumber did a great job! I would also like to mention that Blitch has done several jobs for us in the past, and each time we received quality products and excellent service.

Having used Blitch previously for a complete repiping of home I felt confident in the quality I'd get for connection and installation of gas logs in our fireplace which had been wood burning. I purchased the logs from another vendor and the job was delayed while I waited to get a gas tank delivered and set up. The worker, Joe, was on time and made sure to keep the work area clean. The work was done efficiently and once the installation was complete, another more senior Blitch employee arrived to verify that the work was done correctly. This I liked as we did not want any gas leaks. Joe did a good job but was new to this type of log installation so it took a little longer than we expected. Setting the pilot light and shutting the system on and off seasonally would have been helpful rather than merely handing me the instruction cards which were difficult to read. I feel the work was of high quality and at a good price to be done right. I am glad a senior representative checked the work.

Well, to make a long story short. The hot and cold valves have to be shut off when replacing the faucet. We mentioned to the plumber that the hot water pressure was not coming out as strong as the cold side. The plumber said and quot; Well you need to have your tankless water heater serviced, that will make the water pressure stronger. Soooooo, we did what he recommended. The plumber who services tankless water heaters came and did his service, we came into the kitchen to check to see if the water was coming out hot. Well, the hot water pressure was the SAME as before he serviced the water heater. The tankless water heater plumber, went under the sink and then stood back up., and he was LAUGHING. This is what they did...... the first plumber did not turn the hot water valve all the way open, and the result? Less pressure..... Thus you should have your tankless water serviced for an additional 250.00! I will not be calling Blitch plumbing again!!

They told me they would do the installation for a predetermined price. When they finished the repair person told me the price was twice what was quoted. I told him that I would only pay the quoted price. He called a manager and finally agreed to charge the quoted price. I was not happy with the attitude of the repair person or the manager. I do not remember the exact date of performance. The date given is my best guess.

Blitch Plumbing did a great job! John Blitch came out promptly to provide a quote and after comparing with several other companies and feeling very comfortable with the company and product (going from a 180 gallon tank to a tankless unit) we were able to approve the quote and schedule the install within a couple of days. The installation team was very professional and answered all my questions. We had one mishap, the new gas line was installed across the entrance to the crawl space. I contacted the company and they were onsite the next day to correct the issue. We are very happy to have hot water again and looking forward to the lower electric bill.

They guys are prompt, they come in boots on to not mess up the house. They do jobs quickly, they are friendly and trustworthy.

It was a quick job. Maybe 30-45 minutes. The steps taken: *Spoke about issue (clogged system, appeared to be a drain blockage. *Went outside to check for water line. I told Eric(I can't completely make out the name on the receipt) where it was, my house is very small, as is my lot. He didn't see it. So he used my latter and went up on the roof. Was up there 5 minutes, came in tested the toilet, went back up 5 more minutes. Came back down and tested and was finished. *Went over what caused the blockage and left. Very short job, should not have cost near what is did. I will not be using them again. I'm sorry.

They are very prompt and it doesn't take them long to fix it and to find out what is wrong. They are just very courteous.

I had used them before. They are great. They were very professional. I called. I explained the situation. They had to check if they had a technician in the area because it was considered an emergency situation. The gentleman called me right back within five minutes to let me know that it would be an additional thirty minutes before the service tech was out there. He was actually out there sooner than that. They pulled him out of a different job so that he could come to me. It was just top-notch the whole way, and they did not gouge me with pricing either. They had a good pricing. I expected to pay a lot more.

Very competent and hard-driving team. Very prompt attention to desires of homeowner, very careful and clean. Would give them very high marks. Supervision and management frequently checking on progress of work. Great!

I had a great experience with them. Their price is fair and the quality is good.

Setting up an appointment was easy and fast. The response was immediate. Plumber was extremely professional and helpful. He identify the problem very quickly and fixed it right away. Price was fair and standard. There wan't any concern with trying to add on charges or overcharge. They are my now my go-to plumbers.

Responded immediately to assess the problem with leaking water coming up through drain in outdoor bathroom from the ground . Did the best they could to reach the problem area, however were unable to do so. Gave us an estimate to jack hammer out concrete flooring in bath to access the problem areas detailing exactly what was needed to accomplish repairs. We accepted the estimate and work began and completed the following day. Very satisfied with their response time, detailed analysis of problem and what it would take to repair and getting the work done right away. Would definitely use them again for any future work I needed done.

My tenants called on a Saturday night stating that there was a gushing water leak in the ceiling of the house, which is elevated, under the first floor. I called Blitch, and they promptly called me back. They were able to come immediately, but I shut the water off to the house, so they made an appointment for 9:00a.m. the next morning (Sunday). They showed up right on time, identified the source of the leak and corrected it. They took a credit card payment over the phone. The service person was very courteous and professional, and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service but price was outrageous. I complained and a partial credit was issued.

Company was great, responsive, very professional, confident. Fairly priced and performed an and quot;A+and quot; job.

It went great! They came out an gave an estimate. Since I wasn't able to be home when they were scheduled to come, I was able to text them a photo of where I wanted the line to be moved and they came and did the work without me having to be there. Everyone I dealt with at Blitch was very friendly. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

The day was my 75th birthday. My wife and I had reservations beginning mid-afternoon at a 5-star Band B for an overnite and dinner at their 5-star restaurant. We had been looking forward to this special treat for some time. Mid-morning, while getting a suitcase from an attic closet I heard water dripping and found the pan beneath the water heater full of water. I called Blitch Plumbing and explained the situation and didn't even mention that we were concerned that this might make us miss a good part of our stay at the Band B later that afternoon. They had a plumber at our door 35 minutes later and the hot water heater was fixed within an hour. I believe it is the Blitch policy to always quote a price before beginning work. The plumber told us after looking at the situation that it was probably a bad element which would cost $250 IF HE COULD GET IT OUT. It was very badly corroded. If not, we would have to replace the whole unit which would run $1150. I watched him work on the balky bolt. It was really in bad shape. But he did get it out and replaced. Obviously we were very pleased and certainly will call Blitch again

Blitch plumbing was very responsive and did a professional job from start to finish. They even went out of their way to make sure that the town's inspector would accept installing the heater in our preferred location high on the wall in our garage. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone for a tankless water heater installation.

They were very professional. They came and did the job very quickly. The price was good compared to other quotes we had received. They did not interrupt my day in any way. They were fast, efficient and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

2 plumbers came. They called when they were on the way and arrived at time they committed to.

They were spot on with their estimate which was not the highest or lowest but included several extras that made us feel better about it. They were friendly and worked as experienced in handling a major job like this. They finished in less time than originally estimated and the manager also gave us a discount on installing to sink faucets while they were here. i would recommend them to anyone with major plumbing concerns as being experienced, reliable and properly priced. Update: 8/31/12 A noise problem arose in one of the replaced pipes inside the wall and they were here in 2 days, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. Dwayne, the repairman was very good.

They are a good company and they did an outstanding job. I am an electrician and I had a client who thought we created a problem so we went back out and had Blitch Plumbing come over. They said that we didn't cause the problem but I still wanted to pay the invoice and he was glad to see that we do the same sort of service. It doesn't matter what went wrong, but we are going to make it right. They showed up on time, they did the job properly, and they have clean, courteous, and well respected employees. They went above and beyond here because they made room in their schedule on a Saturday afternoon even though they were busy. I will definitely use them again.

I only have two minor complaints. One, since the water heater is installed outside on our patio, we hoped it would look a little better, and, even when we complained about some specifics, they weren't big on fit and finish. For example, there's a white pvc pipe sticking out of our brick wall, with no cover to keep moisture out or cover the ugly white sticking out of the red brick. Second, I did have to call Blitch and the gas company several times to move things along, even though Blitch said they would take care of it. Still, when I did call, they were very responsive to my calls and emails. I liked the estimator, and he was very responsive. They submitted two rebates to SCEand G for me, which I liked. I liked the guys who came to do the work, and there were numerous supervisors who dropped by throughout the day, so I felt good about the quality of the work.
