Description of Work: Replaced galvanized pipe on two hot water heaters that were corroding. They responded to my service request immediately. Were able to schedule the service call around my schedule, arrived a little early in fact, made the requested repairs quickly. The technician was very knowledgable, courteous and professional. I was very happy with the service experience!

Description of Work: They replaced the hot/cold water faucet and shower head in bathtub. |We had a leaking faucet in the bathtub which was getting worse day by day. The first time the service man came out was on a Thursday. The parts were not ordered until the following Monday. Why weren't the parts ordered the same day that the service man came out? I do not understand if the order was placed the following Monday and to be shipped by FedEx why it took as long as it did for the parts to come in. I believe they do quality work, but they are too busy for us to come in a timely manner, thus the F. |Punctuality A for coming when they said they would.

Description of Work: Fix leak in the ceiling caused by toilet. Fixed leak under kitchen sink. Unclogged upstairs shower. Very nice experience.
