They did a good job, I was pleased.

It was okay. He came out at the time he said he would. It was an adequate job. It was a good price.

They did as expected. Cleaned sofa.

Everything went good. I have two large dogs and 4 kids. We have used them several times and always seem to offer a good deal. All stains were removed and house smelled good.

Rob was an awesome professional who went above and beyond. Not only is extremely professional but he's willing to explain what he's doing and why it's done in that fashion. I will be another regular customer of his for my future carpet cleaning needs.

The service provider came on time, he was very polite and explained all the in's and out's of the service. Great job, quick and efficient.

Plain car, no company car, plain clothes, didn't say much, didn't show me that the water was dirty at first and clean at end. Would not use again.

This was a very thorough professional service. They contacted me promptly after I purchased the carpet cleaning service and were very courteous, prompt, and did an excellent job of cleaning some very soiled carpeting! It looks like new and far exceeded my expectations. I will call American Carpet Cleaners from now on!

The provider was on time and completed the work in an acceptable time-frame. They were able to remove almost all of the stains and lighten the ones that had persisted through other cleanings. The carpet does take some time to dry, but that is expected since they are using a water based process for the cleaning.

Showed-up on time--set-up vacuum with long hose that reached all vents. Quickly moved from vent to vent--spray cleaned access covers--reached in with vacuum hose and cleaned area near outlet. We had a total of ten outlets which were quickly cleaned. The total job took the technician about thirty-minutes--don't really know what my expectation was, but I'm just not sure I actually gained very much. The tech was neatly groomed, polite, and left no mess.

The gentleman and found that all of the ducts in the house we bought were clean. He actually cleaned our dryer duct and was very professional.

He was given a half hour to complete the project. That meant from the time he started and unloaded his equipment and truck to the time he left my property. That left very little time for the cleaning. This was like a dusting. He did run the machine over the carpeting, but he did 2 rooms not 3, because that's all I wanted done. The great room was the big thing. It had a large stain, like someone spilled coffee. The stairs had some spots on them too. None of those stain where treated. He went over the carpeting, and I believe it's cleaner than it was, but it's not noticeable. By the time he got to the carpet cleaning, he didn't spend more than 20 minutes on it. He didn't move any furniture, he said that wasn't included. I wasn't impressed with it.

I was disappointed in the results and the technology. The actual task that was performed did not seem to do much good. Some companies have a vacuum system that sucks it all out and has something that goes into the system and kind of shakes it up until some stuff come out. I have had that thing before that seemed to be a more sophisticated kind of cleaning system and these guys that did the job last summer did not have that. The rep was courteous and professional. He was just working with a low technology system. I did not talk to them about that.

Very pleasant man. They were late. They took all of maybe 40 mins. which may be standard but seemed a little short to do all they were suppose to do. First day I gave them a B as it looked not to bad but after it dried I can see very little difference and many stains were still there. They also missed my closet in my bathroom but that could have been my fault. Not sure I told them it was there. I thought the price was good but it really in the end would have been better if I rented a machine.

They did a decent job. There were no additional charges.

Ron came out the day after I called. He went above and beyond and did more then he needed to! Ron was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Horrible! They left my carpet just saturated. They went to clean the carpet and it took days and it actually got a very nasty smell because of it. I just didn't feel like it was clean afterwards because it honesty left too much in that carpet. They were prompt. the workers were nice enough. The price didn't match the service.

I honestly do not understand how this company is still around. The driver could not find our office after I explained the location to the scheduler. I missed a call from them but called them back 2 minutes after their call and they would not come back (after attempting to call me 2 minutes prior). The person on the phone was rude and offensive from the minute he picked up the phone call. I have a voicemail from them saying "we cant f@$king find the place" which i will be sending to the BBB. I don't appreciate how i was treated in the only 20min time span i interacted with this company.

He did such a fantastic job; his mannerism was just very, very good, and his product when he finished was perfect. He laid down the paper and gave me hints of how to keep the carpet clean?he was really just so helpful. He was very accommodating. He had a professional mannerism but had a down-to-earth personality and I?ll definitely use him again?I don?t want anyone else to do my carpets.

Yes I did and it was fine. It was less than a week. I scheduled it at my schedule so it was my choice of date.
