Was exceptional and they did a great job. I used Angie’s list to have done in 2017 - and everything went well

He was there on time. His equipment seemed old-fashioned but I didn't question it. After the cleaning I looked around to inspect the job. The first floor still had many stains which I didn't think would be difficult to remove. Moving upstairs there were two bed rooms that were wet in the middle but the 2 foot perimeter of the rooms were still dry and untouched. There were a few darker spots that again I felt shouldn't have been a problem to remove. The 3rd floor still had many stains that I could tell were not even attempted to remove. We tried seeing if he could redo some of these concerning areas and the areas undone and he copped an attitude with us and said "I guess you're getting a free cleaning today," in which I replied that I did want to pay him but could he please get the few areas that were not wet and that there was still stains on and he stormed out the door leaving his bucket and drove off. In my opinion you should never treat a customer that way and you should be more professional in your manner. He should have addressed my concerns in a respectful manner. We were willing to pay for a job well done. Now we are having Zerorez come out for twice as much, but I KNOW it will be done right. Maybe this guy was having a bad day or something, I feel bad that it didn't work out, but still no excuse for that kind of customer treatment.

I was an absentee landowner selling this home, and as such I had to rely on my former neighbors and realtor to be my eyes. Both agreed the job was performed in cleaning and deordorizing the carpets due to a Tennant being a smoker.

Excellent. I could not be more pleased

The cleaner was on time, polite and friendly. He explained the process clearly. He was professional. The pieces came out better than I expected; I thought he did a very good job and I would use them again. My single problem was that I had just thoroughly cleaned the bathroom. He needed to use the tub to fill his tank and walked into my clean bathroom with a freshly laundered throw rug on the floor in his workman’s boots/shoes. I ended up releasing the rug. I think service people should bring booties to cover their shoes when doing residential work and offered that feedback directly to the company.

Very well. One carpet was quite soiled and operator got everything out. Carpets came out clean and soft. Very pleased.

Good puntual and did what we asked.

They did a pretty good job. For $99, I was happy with what they did.

Rugs were very damp after cleaning, they use portable units, not truck mounted, so results were not as good as I expected

The service turned out excellent. It was excellent. The cost wasn't high at all. I was going with another company and I said, wait a minute, I'm an Angie's List member. The other company was only doing two rooms for $99. I said that's not right and I went to my Angie's List and I got them. They did all the rooms upstairs. They did wonderful. I'm going to call them up next week.

We used them, and they were fine. They were prompt, they were fast and they did a good job. He stayed with the price. It was a one-man crew and he did present himself in a professional way.

I had my 89 year old mothers carpets done as a surprise for her. We were suppose to meet at a specific time but he arrived 15 min earlier and before I knew it he was finished. Thinking he had done four rooms, I tipped him $20. It was after he left that I realized he had just cleaned her den, which is small, short hall and a throw rug which was under the front door. I took a white washrag, rubbed her carpet in the Den and it was filthy. When I called the owner, he was rude and started arguing with me saying his guy did what we was supposed to. He raised his voice and I hung up on him. I feel as though he took advantge of my mother and all I wanted was for him to apologize and send someone else to re clean her carpet. I never asked for my money back. He called a day or two later and said he would come back but he was so rude the first time, I didn't trust him or his work. The Tec called to let us know he was going to be late. He did not come in a company vehicle but in a beat up old personal car and no uniform. The Machine that was used looked like it was as old as his car. The tan carpets kind of looked clean when he was done because they were so wet. I went into the room after he left the carpets were so wet that it felt like someone took a water hose to the carpet. I turned down the air to 65 to pull the moisture out . It took 12 hours to dry. I called back the next morning and they said it was my fault. The owner threatened me with Lawyers if I wrote a negative review. They finally did refund my money but I'm left with a mess and trying to get it corrected. Call a real professional with up to date equipment. Not these people.

Very well. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday and talk to a person to make it.

It went well. Arrived on time. Worked hard to remove stubborn stains.

Everything went well. I'm used to a fresher smell after cleaning; but overall it went well.

The gentleman showed up on time and did the best anyone could do...our carpet is terrible. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Had a great experience. Prompt. Actually arrived a few minutes early! Bedrooms and room over the garage carpets were cleaned. They look great! In and out of here in right about an hour. Rob was the gentleman who did the work and did an outstanding job. Very professional. Offered a lot of information about what to do and what not do while carpets were drying. Stressed safety going from carpeted areas to the wood floors. Suggested putting towels on the wood where it meets the carpet. I would definitely hire this company again, and would specifically request Rob.

The guy arrived on time. Was thorough and worked extra **** ** some stains. Got it as clean as he possibly could.
