Description of Work: The technician was over an hour late but did call before the time he was scheduled to be there to let me know he was running late and provide me with a new ETA. Rugs and furniture looked almost new when finished. There were some stains that didn't come up. I was a little skeptical when told the scotch guard I had requested was in the cleaner as I've never seen any other company do that. The person that came to my house was very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: The machine that was used put several deep scratches in my linoleum. When I called the owner about it he sent the same technician out to look at it. He said he didn't bring the machine in he house, but I was present the entire time he did the cleaning and it WAS in the kitchen. When I reminded him that he did bring it in he responded, "I don't know why I would have done that." The end result was that the tech said that there was no way he did it. When I tried to contact the owner again he would not return my calls. I paid to have the carpet deodorized, also, but that did not happen either.
