Description of Work: Technician worked quickly and efficiently. Moved some items without being asked or claiming "not their responsibility". Technician was polite and personable. Equipment did seem to be "old style", dependent on steam and power of suction. No pre-treating of heavier soiled areas.

Description of Work: The stains didn't come out but they told me they probably wouldn't. They did what they said they would and were on time. He actually went over the areas of concern multiple times. I would use them again.
